Also, to trigger a launch in Germany from the middle of Siberia, you'd need a pretty strong transmitter, maybe a point where it stopped and was re-sent. And how on Earth did he manage to not have the launcher taken away?

Additionally, please explain how he saved his Iron Cross thingy, and why he was just strolling around while everyone was chopping down trees.

Your signal would not reach GERMANY from SIBERIA.
Especially with the tech at the time, as well as connection and other various things involved.
And even if it worked, I don't think a V-2 will hit Siberia from Germany, if anything only hit the edge of Russia.
