Well since Nero has a death wish, Decay's secret base is north of Atlanta, in a marsh somewhere. Its underground.

I just noticed that Decay is weak to light powers.And since Savior is a fallen angel, she can still use some of her light powers (Not the powerful stuff, just the medium and weak stuff). Oh Decay is in trouble once Savior learns she can use some of it. :twisted:
