So, would anyone be against me spearheading the Quarantining of Atlanta? Cus that should of happened, like, hours after the outbreak

Before this becomes the second time I needed to argue this in an RP: What is the cloaking technology like

The reason I say this is because if it is Halo like cloaking, Quinn would be able to see her because his eye sight really is that good to see light bending like that

No really, her main power at first was supposed to be invisiblity, but I figured a introverted character would be awesome with psychokineses instead. And guns. Guns are always cool.

Guys, I'm about to leave for a week or so. I'm killable, but please play my guy the way he has been played before. He tries to comfort Savior but also is an UV member that likes fights. And he'll beat on someone that damages his car.
