I am going to assume the two are working together if that's ok. The pathogen needs a delivery system which is why Julius is buying up all the water utility companies. He is also engineering the cure behind Decay's back. I think it will play a good part in the plot. We steal the cure, reverse engineer it so it spreads like wildfire, thus inoculating the populace. But we can always go another route. Don't mean to hijack the RP.

History:

When Logan was born, he immediately had a rough life. His father was an alcoholic, who savagely beat him every day, and his mother was always depressed. He would get beat senseless at school by the more stronger kids who always seen him as a weirdo due to his natural white hair. On his 15th birthday, he was walking home from a local 7/ 11, when a feral dog came out of nearby woods and barked at him. He was carrying a bag of chips and threw it at the dog and ran away. The dog completely ignored the bag of chips and chased Logan, after 45 seconds of running, the dog jumped on bit Logan, and continued to maul him. After 4 minutes of being mauled, he heard a gunshot, a resident of a nearby home has shot the dog that was attacking Logan, who had bite and clawmarks all over him. Logan assured the resident he was okay, but and carried on walking down the road, not wanting a ride from the stranger.


As he neared his house, a mugger ambushed him and pushed him against a brick wall. The mugger demanded for Logan to give him any money that he had, but Logan resisted. After the mugger hit Logan across the face, Logan got enraged. His eyes turned white, and began to grow white fur, and take the shape of a canine. However, he could still stand on his hind legs. The mugger ran away in terror, but Logan could not believe what has happened, after he calmed down, he was normal once more. Over time, he learned how to control the animal within him, and use them for good.

Powers (Be reasonable): Speed, Strength, Nightvision, Claws. Special Hearing.
Drawbacks (You MUST have some): Easily distracted. When severely angered, he has no control over his anger, and attacks all who is around him, Loud noises hurt his hearing.
Can your character be killed. Yes.
Any additional information: When severely enraged, he becomes a wild animal, and attacks all of those around him.
