So, have I ever told any of you why Quinn is my second favorite character I have ever written?

Quinn, who's main exploits were in another RP, is actually quite... Sad really

He is a man who's sole purpose, is to serve, he lives to follow orders, and little else, in the other RP, he was captured by the enemy and let them chop his god damn hand off because he needed to get into the facility to free people who was told to free, figuring that was the only way to do it.

Yes, he did actually fight people with that stump, so you know.

He does horrible things to other people, himself, and the world at large merely because he is told, and just something about his mind... I simply love writing him

Well, Scarecrow is a gutter rat, of coarse he's rough.
Shade actually is usually emotionless, it's not a facade. If she is feeling something, I make it known, like with the whole implants thing or apologizing to Crow.

Appearance: An Energy construct that shifts from a vibrant Violet, to a nearly white blue, to an almost black Navy Blue, However is usually a Cobalt or Indigo in hue. He is Humanoid in shape, energy arching off of him at regular intervals due to an access in energy in his form. The Cobalt Man is not solid in the normal sense of the word, instead being a collection of conscious Energy, making melee attacks against him problematic at best to impossible at worse. Drawbacks: The Cobalt Man is not Douglas Avory, The Cobalt Man is the combined bio-energy of all who died in that blast and by his hand fused together, though Douglas Avory was in the center of the blast and has the strongest will amongst those who were in the blast, the other voices and wills are constantly at battle within him, causing great pain and mental stress within him.

The Cobalt Man's single minded ambition to gain a physical form is all consuming, and if he believes that who he is speaking to can get him his body, he will work and do whatever the figure wishes if it gets him closer to his goal, regardless of what the ethical problem maybe.

The Cobalt Man, being a collection of Energy, can not interact with the world around him, only being able to interact with objects using Hardlight Constructs or similar, requiring his attention and use of his energy.

The Cobalt Man's form can be dispersed, if it disperst then his energy can be collected and contained, on top of this, when the Cobalt Man is disperst he can not use his powers other than to act as living energy.

Can he be killed: Difficult, but I suppose.
