Because living in an entire territory named Washington doesn't beat a simple school.

Washington state has nothing to do with the choices of schools in the states of Kentucky or Tennessee, that is like saying your trump card is a joker when you are playing a card game in which the card is not used.

Here is some more information about probability manipulation, now of course, she can't cause an apocalypse, however she does control a fair amount of probability

Do you just accept everyone without a second thought?

To me, her powers seem kind of to easily god-moddy, but, it's your choice. 'She can make all the bullets hit and everything go right for her'. That basically makes it sound like there's no way she can lose, which seems pretty god moddy. Anyway, afk.

AS long as you accept that even if your character uses they're powers, they're not bound to win if the other player doesn't want to be manipulated into losing because of your powers.

Of couse, there are varying degrees of probability manipulation and she's on the lower end, sure there's a high chance she'll hit someone, but she can't make someone fail at fighting or take down someone else's shields. I accept losing if necessary

No! I don't like all this bombing shit, you are villains not freaking rabid dogs, Joker never had to blow up the whole Eastern Sea Board to make it interesting with Batman, he kept all his Villainy local and did not need to threaten the whole country to get his point across.
