However, Andrea's mom had enough and confronted her about her lifestyle, as the police arrived, Andrea wanted to escape again, but her emotions muddled her powers, and in the end, the police decided to drop the charges if she went to a special school for controlling her powers.

To me, her powers seem kind of to easily god-moddy, but, it's your choice. 'She can make all the bullets hit and everything go right for her'. That basically makes it sound like there's no way she can lose, which seems pretty god moddy. Anyway, afk.

Yes, I know Prob manipulation is a little god mody, but I was giving examples, of course I wouldn't do that all the time!

AS long as you accept that even if your character uses they're powers, they're not bound to win if the other player doesn't want to be manipulated into losing because of your powers.

Of couse, there are varying degrees of probability manipulation and she's on the lower end, sure there's a high chance she'll hit someone, but she can't make someone fail at fighting or take down someone else's shields. I accept losing if necessary
