And wish to make a regime change.He tired to do it in more peaceful means, but that did nothing so now he resorts to terrorism to try and make a regime change, He treats his men like Family and will tell the people in the zone of a attack to get out as fast as they can before he does it.

I don't think they are too over powered Volvek, I am going to think of all the apps like skyrim, you may have a lot of attributes but they all start at one and require work to get them to the top.

Full control or not, I think that you should ask if you're allowed to control them first. 'Cause not to do so and end up mind controlling them would be kind of god mod. Just saying.

I will have to go AFK for awhile too it is midnight and I need to get Robert back to the HQ despite having no knowledge now of the Head Quarters or Avengers so I will need some time to plan out a story.

Don't dis the name of my high school, I love my school <.< and being as we are in the Apps overlooking either Tennessee or Kentucky their schools are often named for famous revolutionary men or generals of the civil war.

I live in the state of Washington. Every time I hear of 'Washington' I think of the state, not like, Washington DC or anything like that

It needs a name and school colors, I was just going to go with my actual school's stuff but since someone doesn't like that I shall be rethinking all that now, and I lived up north for most of what I remember in my life last I checked Washington state is no where near Kentucky, meanwhile I lived in central Kentucky for the first part of my memory so I believe I have won this bout.

Powers: Probability Manipulation, in which she can make all the bullets hit and everything go right for her in a fist fight. Weapons expert.
Bio: Born to a single mother, Andrea soon learned to take care of her mom as she got older. Even before hand, she noticed that sometimes, things went her way. Even though she was a lazy student, she always made good grades. If people ever got angry, she somehow won fights. As she got older, crime started to slip into her life. Soon, manipulating probability, she became an expert robber and kidnapped people for hire, and police could not stop her. Andrea felt like she was invincible. However, Andrea's mom had enough and confronted her about her lifestyle, as the police arrived, Andrea wanted to escape again, but her emotions muddled her powers, and in the end, the police decided to drop the charges if she went to a special school for controlling her powers.
