History:Grady had what what most people don't call a normal childhood.For one he has two opposite personalities, one is evil and mischievous the other is sweet and lovable. He was a social reject, he had no friends expect Rats. Yes rats. One day his evil side took over, and he sent his blood thirsty rats, who he had ejected with Rabies, into the school. After that little incident he ran away, and began robbing banks to get money. In which he was always successful.

Personality: While Alex suffers from manic depression, insomnia, scheizophrenia and sadistic tendencies he hangs onto a loose moral code. He never has known any true friends, so he is very catious around people. He hates the world for what it's done to him, so he enjoys fighting criminals and other low lifes. If you treat him with respect, he will eventually treat you with respect back. Oh, and he loves ice cream.
History: Alex was born an umbrakinetic; no one knows how, no one knows why, he just is. That summerizes his whole life quite nicely. Alex was born in rags, never knowing his parents as they died at a young age. Perhaps one of them had umbrakinetic genetic code somewhere, but no one knows. Alex has made a living on the streets, moving from one place to another and taking his angry crusade against the slums with him. His entire life has been the same thing, scavaging and fighting. No one knows who The Scarecrow really is, and no one has ever caught him.

Perhaps inheriting this from her grandfather, Jessica has never been one to care about her wealth, prefering to keep herself occupied in other ways. Likely out of boredom, Jessica recently allowed herself to be implanted with experimental psychic nanomachines, joining the United Vigilantes afterwards.
Powers: Psychokineses, Peak human physique, Arsenal of weaponry, High Intelligence, Natural Night Vision, Mind Control Resistance.

Personality: Talkative, slow to anger
History: Born into a middle class family in Salem, Michael always had a odd way about him. He could always feel things and sense conflicts. This made him a smooth talker and quick of wit which he used to get out of fights.

His reason for becoming a superhero was simple. He was good at it. His father was a detective and was baffled by his uncanny abilities when Michael could simply look at a picture. Upon getting older he decided to first try for police training, but was turned down for his limp. This limp was acquired at a young age when a falling brick.

After that he decided to seek self employment. Since then he has become a virtually unheard of member of the UV. His only accomplishment was the tracking and capture of a band of terrorists bombing UV buildings in town.
