Quinn was born 19 years before the events in FoG1 in a town in northern Scotland known as Wick. He was the son of a well known General Frederick Nash. Quinn got his nickname from his father for as he grew older he acted much like his uncle, Quinsy Nash, who tragically died before he was born for reasons unknown to him. Quinn's early life was grueling, as Frederick was the primary care giver, Quinn never knowing his mother, Frederick raised him by himself to be the perfect soldier, Quinn not even meeting another person other than his father until he was almost 12.

For all of Quinns life he had perfect vision, more than perfect vision even, much like his father. It was because of this perfect vision that he was heavily trained (meaning more trained in this than in anything else) in the art of sharpshooting, stealth, and in sniper rifles

When Quinn turned 19, his father disappeared from his life without a trace, and with poor timing, as almost as soon as he left WW3 broke out in Londim, the World Governments and Roma believing Londim had grown too strong. Quinn conscripted it to the Londim Miliary, and was immediately moved to there Scouts.

Quinn proved to be a masterful soldier, as he was basically born to be nothing else, he alone taking more lives than most Squads. However, even with his valiant effort, the Londim army was crushed and the world forces swept through, crippling the nation. It was around this time that Quinn realized something else, he had the ability to teleport. Looking for work outside of pool halls (where he could make a living as a pool shark) Quinn was picked up and nuzzled in the hands of one 'Saint' Louis Evans, the man who almost single handily saved the nation from economic and social ruin. Since then, Quinn has helped Louis without question, as the purposed Saint slowly began to usurp power from the newly formed New Germany...

Powers (Out of 30, +5 if you played in the last arc): Enhanced Sight (4), Teleportation (5), Vision: Night (4), Reflexes (3), Human Physical Perfection (4), Danger Sense (4), Endurance (4), Photographic Reflexes (6), Accuracy (5)

Drawbacks(This is to be used to bring to down to 30):

His Father. While Quinn is the perfect soldier, his Father has and always will have ultimate authority over him.

Quinn teleports with his own momentum, while he can change the direction of the momentum, if he teleports in motion he will continue with that motion.

He has great difficulty teleporting through solid objects unless he knows the area well, because he is not always positive if there are things on the other side.

He is hyper sensitive to light, normally employing sunglasses like Cyclops' (cover his eyes entirely) to protect them.

His eyes, while perfect, are also his weakness, he will trust his vision before any other sense.

His eyes can see a hell of a lot better than what he can actually react to.

Other: Quinn employs a wing suit in tandem with his teleportation to give him a sort of powered glide, he also has a bag of other goodies in a bag mostly tools that can help him in most situations.

Im kinda taking the idea from V for Vendetta. Lets pick a city, say New York. There is a lot of disappearances of random people. These people are being taken to secret facilities to be experimented on. The purpose, develop a new, deadly and fast spreading pathogen that seems natural as well as the cure/vaccine for it.

Julius Hathawell intends to release the pathogen on New York. The epidemic would cause a nationwide panic, perhaps global. Then his company and him would make an enormous amount of money selling the vaccine/cure.

Just throwing it out there.

Really the only reason I kept most of the stuff from FoG in there was because I was juggling the idea of his teleporting (which comes from a harness made in a project his father funded to make portals) of dropping his ass in this universe
