And because of my research, I have decided to choose from either the USS Jefferson and the RN Bristol. But since I'm more connected to the British, I will have to think of this carefully.

And are you sure you want to go with the Bristol? Fair warning, because I already said there are named characters on board. Anyone familiar with my RPs would know the difference between named characters and unnamed ones.

I wouldn't say either of them is any more powerful than the other.

I know the limits are 5 characters. Probably another character from Dutch East Indies, who originated from Aceh and knows about the Aceh War (1870-1942) and another Russian-Japanese officer.

Probably because of my interest to give another characters to one of the nations that I like too. Russia and Japan.

Well, not that I don't allow it, but I was hoping for more Russian-Russians to fill the ranks, or even significant minorities like the Tatars or even Koreans to join in. I'm very sure Japanese-Russians don't number enough at the time to warrant attention. Try to stay a bit realistic, please.

I don't know who he is, but I'm gonna search him now. My idea was a poewerful bu naive and young water mage, a stong combat type in contrast with Danilo.
