I think I'm reconsidering bring Greece under my rule. Cyprus, yeah. However, Greece can be a voluntary member of the East Mediterranean Defense Coalition and perhaps a puppet state of the Turks. Mostly, I'm interested in keeping friendly tabs with my European neighbors and Russia particularly.

I somewhat Gallopfrey on this. War is far more fun to rp, but I also agree that we need to handle it right.

Actually, as a person who lives on the Irish/UK border and has been to the UK countless times, and has family living in the UK ... Relations have never been better. We're not a people to hold grudges. Prince William is in the Royal Irish Guard for Christ's sake. Plus the Irish and UK militaries train together on a regular basis as part of the UN, NATO(PFP) and on a bi-lateral basis.

Not godmodding, per se, since we don't have an Italy and there is no one assigned to RP NPCs, but very unrealistic. Italy has its fair share of nukes from NATO. It won't just give up because one microstate happened to get its hands on two nuclear devices.

But, if Italy were to nuke San Marino, the collateral would be disastrous, But San Marino would be fine if it nuked Italy, since it would be able to nuke a city far enough away that it wouldn't hurt San Marino.
