Blossom was walking around under her cloak and saw the homeless men scavenging around. She took pity on them and smiled. She walked up to one of them and tapped him on the back. "Excuse me Sir? Would you like something to eat?" she asked sweetly, giving a smile and trying to hide her fangs.

Meanwhile, inside the car, Yuri was laid back on one of the seats talking to a member of the Urranese National Security Agency. Of course, they hadn't noticed the weapon pointed right at them. She nodded and got out of the car which then drove away. The Sorento stayed put, however.

Tiltjuice wrote:"Sparring would be good!" Chrys said in her usual light and happy tone. "I'm surprised you don't remember me. Do I need to tackle you again?" She sounded gleeful at this prospect, and her little arms waved excitedly.

"As for what I'm singing...don't you recognize it?" she said first in Galatian Celtic, then in Latin. "My mother's people gave the Romans some trouble, I think." She smiled widely.

"Yes, it would be good. I haven't gotten out of practice with my fighting and training, and could use a good sparing partner..... But I do remember you. I'm just having difficulty telling who everyone is, as it seems that most raptors look basically the same. The only general indicator is if they have any clothes on and everyone's eye colors. But besides those, I cannot see any visible differences." Albert said, watching for who would be the first to head inside. Albert was fine with taking up the rear of the group, or at least not be the one in the lead. The leading raptor would likely be the one that would be easiest to come to arm, anyway.

Albert tilted his raptor head as he processed the sound of the language and the accent of the Latin. He decided to use his native language to respond to the conservator-raptor. "Hmm.... Some type of Celtic? I have not really heard that language before. The Celts of my universe were quite well assimilated into the Roman Empire. Not many still speak the language in my home. But that definitely sounds like a dialect of Celtic, if I am not mistaken..."

"Heh, thanks." Bran whoofed, feeling that he'd be sweating profusely if he was human, or could he sweat? He didn't know, and after needing to disarm the bomb, didn't care. He looked on and wondered what else they would run into, but for now? His job was done.

Bran grinned and accepted the gesture.

--

"Got it, thanks, Yoshi."

Rachelle did as told and turned on the whisk, moving it through the mix and getting a few globs on her shirt that still somehow still fits, but the girl noticed not, and continued somewhat recklessly. Cooking was not her forte, really wanting to go and be taught how to fix things, but her dad was obviously out saving the world or something, like she hoped he did.

--

"Yeah, tomorrow, Tora."

Natiya nodded and again, nested into the shards of her ruined clothes, getting a bit colder.

Yoshi giggled at the girl as she got the batter all over herself. He found it to be very cute. He took a dab of it off of her shirt and put it on her nose with a slight chuckle before walking over to take the cupcakes out of the oven and setting them on the counter to cool. He enjoyed how the heat felt on his face as it came out in "waves". he then clinked the door shut and sat down to watch Rachelle.

"Say, Natiya...", Torii suddenly spoke up, stricken with a random thought. This would be her last one, probably, before checking on Yoshi, and suggesting to Natiya if there was any particular thing she wanted to do.

They actually did something like that to separate me and Albert a few months ago, before you showed up. We were in one body for a while, actually. Ever since Albert.... well, killed me, I had existed in Albert's body." Jacob explained, looking over at the other raptor for a few seconds.

"But I think that scaled woman was one of them. Just one that has her DNA mixed with human likely. I only have met a few of them, anyway. Mainly NVE, I believe. The newer clone of Neil...... Yeah. Most of them are clones of one of the raptors I believe. OR something like that." Jacob-raptor said with a shrug.

Once they arrived at the raptor house he quickly noticed that the birds seemed distracted by all the shiny things around the property. "Ray you may want to hurry. I think the group before us already went across, but had to distract the birds to do so..... And they may not be very willing to ignore you once they collect all the things strewn around the yard."

"....Um....On second thought, I'm thinking that it might be best to just sorta...Hang back?", Ray hoarsely replied, staring at the birds strewn across the raptor lawn. For one foolish reason or another, he was rather disturbed by them, and seemed to be afraid that they'd try and eat him. Which was possibly unfounded, but since this was the raptor house, it wasn't entirely crazy. Who knew what defense mechanisms they used?

"I don't like the idea of dealing with those birds. They seem like they'd be rather deadly for me to try and deal with. Just look at them! Razor-sharp beaks, capable of tearing the...um, sk-skin off my body!" He hesitated at the mention of skin, because he wasn't really sure if he had any by the strictest definition as of the moment.

Meanwhile in the Von Eldritch house, the yellow-gold footprints led deeper into Consevatory 7. The small group of "Lumberjack"bots remained immobilized from the communication errors, fragments of stock phrases jumbled into a chorus of nonsense. Greater challenges awaited ahead that were actually planned in advance. Little was to be added except that there was a shimmer in the distance to where the trail led.

Meanwhile, 20,000 feet above Bielefeld, a man sat in the pilot's seat of a cargo plane. He calmly turned to the forth wall and spoke, "I'm the pilot entrusted with getting your prized racehorse from Kentucky to England. I'm flying over a nice city when suddenly I'm turned into a dinosaur. I'm a little freaked out, I try to get clearance for an emergency landing..." He said while looking the same to the forth wall readers, but not to those around him. He calmly flicked the button to eject the cargo. "...oops, with my giant claws, that was the cargo doors instead." he added with a laugh only heard on the other side of the forth wall. As one racehorse named Arimus plummeted from the sky, soon to meet a tragic end as soon as the all powerful being that makes the words that comprises this event lets it stop falling and hit the ground. Hans shook his short crop of feathers and sneezed. "Well? Do we go? You stay, I go? I go even if you stay." It was rhetorical. Then again, the writer firmly believes that the character was 60% heuristic to begin with, with the remaining 40% split between humor and sadism. Humor was winning that argument at the moment, rhetorically speaking, and so Hans picked up on Chrys' intense desire to hand something its ass but he didn't tip into his usual insane state. Why, you ask? Because the writer is tired, and Hans' handler hadn't left much in the way of instruction, and because the theme of the night certainly was retirar el envoltorio plastico. Hans surely would have made a smug comment about that sad theme had the ability not have been wicked away by the writer.

And so Hans looked up at the ceiling where Conservatory 7 was printed, thus also metaphorically looking up at the strange otherworldly god pulling his strings, and he shrugged. "Follow the yellow brick road" he smiled at Luce at pointed at the golden tracks on the ground.

"Ja! Follow, follow, follow, follow, follow the yellow brick road..." He began to prowl the path, curious about the glow but equally conscious that raptors were insane and probably had spam traps.

Minerva glanced at Ray and Jacob, who seemed to be lingering in their indecision. "Will you to morons get over here already? The story's been delayed a while, third wall be damned, and I doubt Fate will set the birds on you when we're already so far behind."

She returned her attention to the main group and headed off after Hans and Luce and the rest. Klaus would join them.

There was only one homeless man in front of the building. He stared into Blossom's eyes. His own spoke of decades of drug abuse and rotting internal organs. He summed her up and decided she wouldn't have money. No, he wasn't after a meal. Narcs, yes. He was always after those.

Grimy hands knocked on the Kia's door window.

The heat exhaling from the oven calmed the raptor, being cold-blooded. The cold bomb-shelter was getting quite uncomfortable, and Rachelle and Natiya both had seperate ideas on where to go to get warm. There was a heat-dial near the door though, and the girl went and turned it up a bit.

"Coming back!" She shouted to Yoshi.

Of course, and per usual, Rachelle didn't notice the batter on her nose, although she did sneeze a few times.

--

"How is it to like boys? Weird question, I guess, but if you don't roll that way, leave me out of it." Natiya warned, her user seeing as Torii had crushes on nearly every girl in the entire building.

"It's . . . Normal? I don't know, same as it seems to like girls, I assume. You just look at them different when you find someone you love."

--

Seeing as he was done with his job, and no-one had addressed him, Bran fell back to Rylli near the back of the group. He wouldn't have minded doing a bit more, but the professionals could take over now. Maybe they could talk to the raptors or something. They were a bit kinder than some of the other people with them, or so they thought.

"Well, it was scary, and somewhat fun while it lasted" He sighed, walking with his wife.

"Almost getting blown up is fun and exciting?" Rylli cocked her head. How was it fun? "I don't know, makes you feel alive, like you in a fighter jet, or me tinkering with something." He shrugged.

Blossom shrugged and skipped away, seeing as how the man didn't seem to want food, drugs maybe? She wouldn't give him those. Poor guy had had enough but his body was probably dependent on them now.

The people inside the Kia didn't respond or even seem to notice. They had no money or food to give and they were far too busy keeping an eye on the Building anyway. Their business wasn't with the city at all. No, they had a high value target in mind.

“you’ll have to take me their sometime” she said before taking another drought of the wine while listening. She saw where Arthur was taking this conversation and it amused her greatly, this form of courtship was seldom found where she was from and the act of formally getting acquainted normally came after the rest of the dance. None the less she played along. “Well I enjoy the traditionals; sex, drugs, and murder. But I am huge fan of staying up to date on genetic fashion and exploring new cultures.”

It was a right assumption that Torii had a lot of crushes, though she had been trying to get over them for some time (she still had one on Rylli and Giov). The girl laughed a bit as Natiya spoke. "Oh! I get it...that's kinda what I thought, huh...okay, I'm pretty much out of questions here. Anything else ya wanna do, talk about, check up on? Yoshi and Rachelle are still baking."

Yoshi checked to see if the icing was cool enough and it indeed was. He began icing his cupcakes and put Rachelle's in the oven. "They're almost ready!" he called as he quickly iced the pastries, giving each a generous amount of icing.

Volturius propped himself upwards from his prone position on the bed with the thumbs of his folded wings, giving him a better view of Tipper's display. The Astartes then contemplated her promise, eagerly awaiting any and all possibilities of the late evening's events. He also took extreme interest in the proposal of going on a hunting trip- which while lacking the pleasurable rush of hormones and combat stimulates of an actual firefight, it retained the simple fact that it involved killing something. Not to mention that venison was a delectable dish that also furthered the worship of the Prince of Excess. Simply for the fact, Volturius considered bagging multiple deer if simply to please his patron god.

The astartes slightly chuckled at the thought of hunting deer with a bolter. He'd certainly have to hunt multiple members of the species should he wish for their be any noticeable shreds of flesh suitable for consumption.

"A hunt sounds pleasant- venison would make for a fine dinner. Although I'd need a better, no, weaker weapon to ensure there was something left to eat. Bolters make for excellent weapons of war- but are terrible tools for gathering food of anything smaller than a Carnifex."

Tipper turned towards him, once again drawn to the two most potent weapons on his body. He could snap a deer's neck with those hands. He could tear its spine from its body, if he really wanted to. But... his size was to the deer's advantage. The slightest twig snap would send the thing to cover in the dense brush. Deer were a cowardly opponent, not befitting anyone who had been blessed by Khorne.

Tipper's head tilted. It was she who had converted him to their god. It seemed like ages ago that she'd followed Dexter into the damaged ship and beheld him, a solitary Astartes towering over veteran and green cultists. He served Chaos Undivided back then. She'd asked him about his childhood but she never asked about his assignment to that ship. On the 'fokken, people didn't talk about their lives. She found herself overly curious.

The tiny cultist returned to the bed and crawled across the mattress until she was kneeling between his legs. She set her hands on her knees and squinted at his face. "I shall ask you something forbidden. I'm not supposed to. Dexter said asking these things was a bad idea because sad memories might occur. But Dexter isn't here, and we aren't trapped in the Eye, and there aren't any Warp Storms preventing us from going where we please. So... well. When we met, you were the only Astartes alive. Why were you on that ship? Where were you going, and how'd you end up caught in a Storm?"

Dora stood, shifting from talon to talon, waiting for something to happen. With her luck regarding things falling down on top of her, that probably meant Arimus was about to land on her head. Meanwhile, Chrys was in a similar mood, for different reasons; she just wanted to destroy something. Especially after Albert had got her blood up with talk of sparring.

She smiled. "It helps to have powers. And yes, I'm Celtic. Or half, anyway. Biologically. Culturally I'm all over the place. As for all raptors looking alike...isn't that a little bit speciesist?" she switched back to English for the last word.

Albert shrugged. "Even if it is, its true. Everyone looks almost identical as raptors. Or at least I cannot tell them apart as I am not used to looking for what makes them look unique." He answered, really not caring if it was 'speciesist' to say that. After all, he was Roman. And they were honestly quite racist. Which was actually normal for their culture and time period. Which was really something that Chrys, Luce, and Dora would be aware of, due to their backgrounds.

Albet tilted his head when Minerva shouted to the raptors on the other side of the yard, and he wondered what she was referring to with the mention of third wall and story. But he decided to ignore it, because there were more interesting things to do. Namely to possibly beat up the raptors. And get turned back into human so he could continue building the VR training room. So Albert headed inside the raptor house and after the rest of the group.

Jacob, meanwhile, tilted his head at Minerva's mention of Fate. "Well, maybe. The Fates can be very fickle. But I will trust your word. It shouldn't be too hard to cross, anyway. Come on, Ray. Let's not keep the others waiting for too long." He gestured with a claw towards the group that seemed to be filtering into the house. He thought he recognized the jacket on the back of one of the raptors, so he guessed that must be Albert. Then again, there really weren't that many other possibilities.

"I'll go first." Jacob offered with a small nod, before carefully heading alone one of the lines and towards the front porch of the building. He made sure to use his tail for balance, and to walk in as much of a line as he could. Which wasn't all that easy given the shape of a velociraptor.

The people inside the Kia didn't respond or even seem to notice. They had no money or food to give and they were far too busy keeping an eye on the Building anyway. Their business wasn't with the city at all. No, they had a high value target in mind.

The homeless man glanced down the street and began to walk away as quickly as possible without looking like he was taking flight. He rounded the corner just as a policeman tapped on the driver's side window of the car.

The car's window rolled down and a man with yellow eyes and dark blue hair dressed plainly enough stared back at the officer. He only really showed his head and shirt collar and the driver remained just out of site. "Yes Officer" he asked. It was obvious they didn't want him to see inside the car. He acted innocent enough

"License and proof of registration?" the officer replied in a stern but monotone voice. His radio crackled to life and indicated they'd nabbed the homeless man. He looked a the man's hair and eyes and added, "Papers, also."

The man turned to the driver, who was a mere shadow, and the too had a short conversation in Japanese and the man turned back to the officer. "One moment please" he bent over and there was the sound of the glove box opening and the rustling of papers. He reappeared and handed the officer the license of the driver and registration of the vehicle. "Here's the lisense and registration but do you have right to just ask us to show you out papers? I want to know what we're doing that you would just ask us to do that"

Chrys bumbled along the yellow path behind Hans. Luce, a bit more cautious, stood on the left border of it and walked along that way. He and Dora sniffed the air to see if they could catch any scents.

The officer raised an eyebrow. "Strange, you'd know we do if you had gone through customs. We are not America. This is Bielefeld. We've been bombed, raided, had nukes set on us, invaded by Cthulhu, invaded by Drones, and subjected to all sorts of heinous woes. You're parked outside a building notorious for being behind 90% of those problems, and you were approached by a known druggie. Next you'll ask if we offer diplomatic immunity and then fuss when I don't read you some sort of Miranda rights. Bielefeld doesn't have those things, friend."

He didn't bother to glance at the registration or license. "And now your travel papers, please. All of you."

"What's an America?" He asked reaching over to get his drivers passport as well as his own and he handed them both to the officer with a smile. "I assure you that everything is in order."
