There is a fifth dimension beyond that which is known to man. It is a dimension as vast as space and as timeless as infinity. It is the middle ground between light and shadow, between science and superstition, and it lies between the pit of man’s fears, and the summit of his knowledge. This is the dimension of imagination.

She bowed in turn. "No thank you, I am fine." she said with a soft smile and she took her seat. She waited patiently for the others to arrive, hoping it would not take too long.

Swith returned to her seat. She supposed Bran and Rylli were tied up with the baby; her own children were a handful when they were that stage. Her eyes stared at the city scape outside the window and then caught her own reflection. Swith's fingers combed through her bangs and she brushed them into place. Satisfied with her appearance she turned back to Yuri.

Ray effectively threw Albert off of him, and the personification landed upright on the bed. He blinked, confused by what just happened, and asked, "Ray? What was that about?" He rubbed some sleep out of his eyes, and yawned.

"Um...I woke up," Ray snorked after a few moments and laid back down, rubbing his eyes. He suddenly felt much more energized, and gave a quick kiss on Albert's forehead before running off to the shower. Without declaration, he took over the bathroom for the next dozen minutes and came out only once he was done drying, leaving Albert stuck within their bedroom for that whole time. Once he was done, he returned to the bedroom to check whether Albert had stayed or had run off into another part of the house.

Swith was genuinely curious. "I'm so sorry about all this. What started it? I knew there was some hostility between the BranRiech and another nation recently and their land grabbing efforts in Europe couldn't exactly be overlooked but I thought your nation was farther away. By the way, what do you call your citizens? Urranese?"

He asked, curious if Tieria could help him out in his efforts at all.

Octavian heard the noise that sounded like an explosion of some kind all the way from the ACF headquarters. After briefly confirming that indeed no Items had broken containment with his subordinates, the Prince pulled out a phone and called the raptor house, to find out if they had caused something to happen, and if he needed to be worried. As he waited for the raptors to pick up, he ordered several MTF's to prepare for deployment if needed, to neutralize a potential threat in the city. He also commandeered a car to drive him back to the building, which was definitely safer than his own facilities.

Jacob briefly looked up from his book as he noticed that Swith and Yuri were in the dinning room as well. He was sitting away from them, on the opposite side of the room. The normally happy personification looked almost depressed, with his tail low to the ground, and a slight frown on his face. He gave a small wave to the two others, and then turned his attention back to his book to wait until the meeting.

While Ray had been gone, Albert got redressed, and was sitting on his bed messing with one of the models they had gotten a few days ago. He was trying to finish the one he had begun, but seemed to be having some trouble with getting things to go where he wanted them to go. He was muttering things in Latin, and had an annoyed expression on his face.

"Hey, Natiya. Your boyfriend left? Well then, I think you're free to take care of your Niece for the night. We have business to attend to." Bran said over his phone and sighed. His sister was acting all mopey for some reason, and he just figured out why.

"Cool, door's unlocked, feel free to the fridge and video game system. Yeah, bye."

With the phone call concluded and someone there to watch Rachelle (Not for the fact that they were worried for her, but for the fact that they were worried about what the girl would do while the parents were gone. They didn't want to come home to death and destruction!)

The two, well, three walked out of the bunker and to the dining room where Swith and Yuri sat discussing things. Rylli held firmly onto Tolya, and Bran took a seat nearby, pulling one out for his wife and child.

"We're not late, right? We didn't miss it?" Rylli's concerned voice spoke.

Anya rubbed her head quietly as she stepped down the stairs towards the communal dining hall; she'd touched up her appearance just a little, showering, straightening her shirt and brushing her hair before she'd left the apartment after forcing Phillip into bed. Despite the inherent hypocrisy, she'd stayed up; less out of any intentional means than due to restlessness, and after tossing and turning for a bit she'd decided to get dressed again and explore the building for a little while, and so it was she paced through the halls until she encountered the peculiar noise of Sigtrygg's voice.

His voice wasn't what you would call enchanting. It was more of that peculiar quality that particularly polite-minded people would call interesting with audible italics. She didn't really want to, genuinely so, but hesitantly walked down the halls towards the sound of the voice nonetheless, filled with morbid curiosity.

"Maybe you might want to take a shower, get your mind off of that. Maybe then in the meantime, we can think up what we have to do today."

"Sounds good." Albert got up, placed the model on one of the chairs in the room, and grabbed some clothes from a dresser to get ready. He then walked off to get ready for the day by taking a shower. He returned about 15 minutes later, dried and in the new clothes. He sat down on the bed again, and looked over at Ray. "So what do you have to do today, mei Vulpes? I don't have much to do myself, to be honest...."

Sig looked a little skeptical about all of that. "I dooubt yoou aerre as strroong aes yoou aerre saaiing.....aend I aem naat suurre ief I shoouuld uuse aeniidiing beesiides Iirron.... kaan steeel laast duurriing vooiiaages an de oopeen seeaa?" As he asked in his Norse accent, he scratched his chin, unsure on whether to believe if Tieria was being truthful or not. He hadn't heard of either of those being used in ship-building before. He didn't notice Anya approaching, since his back was to her.

But you're enemies. The base allows them to bring in troops and supplies; the opportunity for siege warfare is great."

Her hands had been folded on the table but she clasped them together tightly enough to make the knuckles blanch white. "Someone needs to unleash a plague on them. They would never have overthrown their government after the first Drone invasion were it not for Bones' support. They seem to have forgotten that. They apparently have nothing better to do than slaughter foreigners for their property. It's time they had something to occupy their time. Ogoti could help you in that department. Blight their crops and kill off their livestock. The people, disgusted by starvation, would turn inward in rebellion. Nations who were formerly independent would shirk off BranRiech government rule and strike back. The Urranese people, distanced by oceans, would remain safe and could rebuild in peace."

Swith waved in response to Jacob's greeting. "Are you going to join us?"

She turned back to Yuri. "Anyway, it's something to think about. Still, don't give up ground and permit them to establish themselves on your soil. That would be tragic for your people."

She looked up and saw Bran and Rylli enter the dining room. She harbored no ill will towards them. The war wasn't their fault. They had no say in what their government did. She held up a hand in greeting and smiled at them as they came over.

"No, you're not late," she replied to Rylli. "We're just chatting."

Tieria scoffed and shrugged. "Fine, don't believe me, I was built with technology that is likely far beyond your understanding. And yes, steel and titanium alloy TI86 can withstand the ocean even better than iron." he said neutrally.

"Might as well." Jacob said, picking up his book and carrying it with him to sit down closer to the group. He gave a small smile and wave to Bran and Rylli, and grabbed a few cookies to munch on. He turned back to his book to read, having gotten to some interesting parts of the Persian war already. It wasn't that he didn't want to be social, it was just he wasn't feeling the best having only heard of Yoshi's death the day before, so he was more than a little depressed.

Sig shrugged, still not convinced. "Weell. Ief dey aerre beettarr, coouuld yoou shoow mii? I haawe heeaarrd aaf 'steeel' buut iet iez naat uuzed nuuch ien mii hoomelaend...." The Viking was skeptical, because he didn't want to deviate too much from what he knew was good for making a dragon boat. Iron, wood, and a cloth for the sails. That's all that he needed, so that's all he would want to use.

"Hey guys." Bran said as he then shut up and listened to the conversation going on between Swith and Yuri. His heart sank, torn between his homeland, and his friends.

"I-I'm not sure I like the conversation here." He said, hoping neither of them would snap at him for speaking, with how both of them wanted to seem to kill people in his homeland.

"Please, what's this meeting about, anyways?" Rylli asked, intervening.

Yuri didn't want to kill anyone in his homeland, just keep them from taking over other nations. 'Oh, of course, my apologies Bran." she said, standing up to bow then sitting down again.

Swith said nothing besides, "Whatever are you talking about, Bran?" It wouldn't bode well to have the discussion in front of two citizens of the BranRiech Empire but they hadn't arrived before she offered Ogoti's services to Yuri. Yuri could have been talking about any nation. She hadn't mentioned the BranRiech by name.

She filed Yuri's response away and made a mental note to research those nations under oppression. Someone would appreciate the offer. Besides, if they were negotiating and willing to accept bases on their soil, the Urranese were in no position to counter the BranRiech offensive.

"We're gathered here to discuss an offer made by the Urranese government," Swith began in businesslike fashion. "The Prime Minister has heard of those of us gathered here as well as a few others who have not turned up yet. He apologizes for our loss but wants to meet us to offer those apologies in person. The Urranese government is offering an all expense payed trip to Urran just as soon as the war is over."

Her voice softened as she looked at the group. "I have some of his personal affects here," she gestured to a box by her feet. "There's also a will."

There is a fifth dimension beyond that which is known to man. It is a dimension as vast as space and as timeless as infinity. It is the middle ground between light and shadow, between science and superstition, and it lies between the pit of man’s fears, and the summit of his knowledge. This is the dimension of imagination.

The thing struggled to free itself from the fire like prison that it was held in lashing out at one of the cultist and ripped him apart with fang tooth spreading his innards across the ground. At this every one of the cultist including Primordial stopped their chanting at which the flaming column winked out of existence. Primordial turned grabbing Katya by the wrist and stumbling as he turned towards the door to flee from the room. The creature lashed out again its barbed tail slashing at the face of another cultist shredding their face into a mess of wet meat. One of the other cultists fell to his knees, his hands in strange gestures and chanting in an attempt to ward the creature off while the other fled for the chest in the corner of the room.

Katya's face went pale at the gruesome sight. She went weak in the knees, and started stumbling with Primordial; the whole thing was sickening, and she couldn't compute it all.

Torii was just as terrified by the beast. The sight of the cultists being murdered really didn't help her either. In the back of her mind, old habits and protocol told her to kill the beast, though. She began stepping towards the chest to help the other cultist. Katya saw this and tried reaching out to her sibling.

Primordial escapes out the door holding open and gesturing for the sisters to follow him, obviously flight is his reaction to this situation. The last remaining cultist fumbles with the lock as the creature’s snakes around the floor continuing to maim one of the corpses. Eventual the sound stirs the beast and it rears up looking at the cultist and Torii who had come to his aid. It releases an ear piercing roar as the chest is finally open revealing a circular disk hidden under a white piece of cloth.

Sigtrygg followed along behind Tieria, wondering where the innovator was leading him. He noticed the new person, and waved politely to her as a greeting. "Wheerre aerre wee gooiing, Tiieerriiaa?" Sigtrygg asked scratching his beard a few times as they walked.

"A trip to Urran sounds interesting. I think It would be great to see the homeland of our departed friend, Yoshi...." JAcob said, closing his book to be polite and pay more attention to what was going on. He hadn't been paying attention to Yuri and Swith's conversation, which was probably a good thing.

He only knew that Yoshi had died in battle, and not who his nation had been fighting against. If he did know it was the Branriech, he would likely have asked his nation to invade that nation. It was not in his nature to declare war, but they had taken his friend way from him, and if he knew who really had been responsible, he would definitely not be afraid to declare war for revenge. That was why Rome originally declared war on Carthage after all. To defend their allies in Greece, who had been at war with the maritime power for a long time.

"So there's a will? Well, we should see what's on it, right?" JAcob asked, in a generally somber tone. He was still wondering why Swith couldn't just bring him back, but didn't vocalize that curiosity. Instead he grabbed another cookie to eat, while he listened to the group.

Tieria kept walking but explained further on his purpose. "We are going to the hanger where I store all of my...projects. I think you will be impressed" he said neutrally. He opened the lobby door for Sig.
