New Aksarben wrote:Jacob blinked, more than a little confused. "Is Christianity not a sect of Judaism in your universe?" He asked, scratching behind one of his ears in thought. I remember reading that there was an argument between some of the early founders on whether to accept non-Jewish people into the sect or keep it only for Jewish people. "Yeah, I suppose. You know, you being a godling and all. It must be sorta odd to grow up as one, right?", Ray chuckled a little at the moment of humanity as he responded to Gio. "Still, anything you can do to help me get an interview would be well-appreciated. Heck, maybe I ought to seek out the fellow I worship and get a coffee with him or something." He then turned to Jacob to answer his question. "...Eh...No, it's not a sect of Judaism. Totally different, and a few wars made out of it too. And now Natiya was lost. She had no idea what was happening to Swith, but something was definitely wrong. It was simply that Natiya hadn't recognized her sadness like she was expressing it.

"Uh, you alright?"

Deep down inside though, she felt the same way, except human of course. "Sadness, huh."

Anya glanced at Phillip, who seemed to be rather subdued at the sight of Tasia, then shrugged, glancing over the clipboard.

"I appreciate the offer," she remarked to Tasia, glancing up with a small smile, "but we'll find our way around, I'm sure. Can't be that many strange things in a place this size, right?"

She hesitated, then repeated to herself;"...Right?"

Dimitrus gave the very slightest hint of a smile at Anya's statement. She knew the town was not what it seemed from her little time spent there.

She filled out the proper forms, handing them back to Tasia a minute later. Afterwards, she stepped aside and kept an eye on the other three.

Then again, Judaism is pretty strong in mine, as much of the continent of Pontus are Jewish.... Are there different sects of Christianity in your universe?" Jacob was getting more interested in this conversation, but Albert looked like he was getting a bit sleepy. He leaned over and set his head of Ray's shoulder, a yawn escaping his mouth. It wasn't that Albert was bored, but he was just a bit tired from all the things that had gone on earlier.

Germanic Templars wrote:
As the number of clones started to dissipate, things began to settle down. In the dropship Thriller was in, Thriller looked at the trooper.

The trooper bowed his head.

"What's wrong?"

The trooper took off his helmet and looked at Thriller. "Levi, I feel kinda bad not telling Swith I was not going to be using my mech suit."

"Eh, well all of that is in the past now, best get this done and over, right..Me?"

"yea, yea whatever." Things were silent again before Cornelius spoke up again. "Say, where are your clones?"

"Oh them? Well I have both of them in my head."

"Both?" He asked with a bit of worry.

"Yea, the other two I lost, just gone upped and left me, ungrateful bastards. Wonder where they could be?"

---meanwhile---

Siberia, Russia

"So, Levi, what are we looking for?"

"I don't know, something bright green and that can wipe out shit."

"God if I had nipples and balls they'd be frozen over, and off."

"Yea and if I gave a damn, well... I'd give a damn."

---meanwhile back on the ship---

"So, my Kaiser," Levi stated "what is your first order of plan?"

Thriller rasied his head. "First order of plan is to kill, or subdue ever ungrateful son-of-a-bitch." he then had an evil grin on him when he looked at Levi. "Just like old times."

"How old?"

"Before time travel."

As the ship flies out to War, the ending song and credits start to role.

Ogoti watched the ships depart until they were gone from his extended sight. There goes a man I proudly call my brother, he sighed, "and with him goes my niece."

He bowed his head in acknowledgement of his sorrow at their departure. He reflected upon the impact these companions had on the lives of those who lived in the city. The Germanic Templars had helped shape this world. Their actions guided it into being. Their mark would remain during their absence: The Thinking Bench, the factories, the buildings on the island, the children created during the first night of love. All these things and more stood in now-silent testament of the good that the Germanic Templars had brought to the universe.

The rain was refreshing but it was nothing more than an extension of Charumati's long-held grief. It would have frozen had it been Naomi's.

"Namaste, Germanic Templars," he called to the sky. Ogoti turned and noticed his sister's pained expression. He approached the woman.

"Good evening, Natiya. I think Swith needs to have a cuppa and some down time." He placed his arm around his sister's shoulders and guided her towards the stairs.

"Can't stand on the roof forever."

Anya filled out the forms in due order, and quietly placed them in the box. Presumably, the keys would appear and presumably, Anya would collect them prior to turning to Tasia. "Now's good," she responds, moving away from the box slightly. Phillip leans against the reception desk in silence. "Anything in particular I should know?"

Wren opened her hand and looked at the small item Barox had slipped into it. It was the small wrench she'd used to fix his optics. She laughed and ran her thumb across one surface.

The significance of such a gift struck her as odd. Why would he give.....

"He's not coming back a while?" Wren lifted her head to look at the sky. An emotion welled up inside her and she raised the wrench high.

"I will build it and make you proud, Vitellius Barox! I'll continue the dream! I promise!"

She slid off the truck's cab and hopped inside. The engine turned over and she pulled onto the street and headed towards the building.

"Oh yes, there are tons. It's all divided into Orthodox and Non-Orthodox, and then from there into even smaller groups," Ray sighed as he recounted the complications of Christianity. For a religion based around a few simple rules, it had managed to become the most complex. "There's Eastern Orthodox and Western, then you have Protestantism and Catholicism. Then you have groups like the Lutherans, the Evangelicals, the Baptists, and literally dozens more. There must be at least 50 different variations, if not more of them." Ray looked over towards Albert, seeing that he was appearing as if he was becoming tired. Largely forgiving him by now, Ray wrapped his arm around Albert's shoulder and gave him a quick kiss on the cheek. "Do you want to go to bed, Albert? You do look awful tired from all of this."

"From a social point of view, the best places in town are the local restaurant, Chaos, which is up a couple of blocks, and the Wilting Succubus pub which is down the street. Peace and quiet time are almost never found in the building itself; the park next door is good for that. Then there's a few other restaurants scattered throughout, in the downtown area. On people. There's a bunch of current or former military, a few scientists, some gods, some policemen, a chef, the crazy rabbit you just saw, and some regular people, like myself."

Germanic Templars wrote:Lucius took the food and gave Xanthe a kiss on the cheek before leaving with Gluttony.

Cain, not having much time, quickly grabbed onto Superbia, and his clothes, and threw them into the portal with him.

The four would meet up and join in on the final fight for the stability of hell and a universe there.

Both females neatened up their apartments. Xanthe wrapped up the rest of the pork. They stepped into the hall at the same time and looked at each other before locking their doors.

"Got the food. You ready?" Xanthe held up a large bag.

"Yep," Blythe smiled.

They laughed and released their goat charms. "Time to go," Blythe grinned as the goats took off.

It would be the last time either would be seen for a while.

She allowed Ogoti to take her downstairs. She paused by Thriller's old room to make certain the door was locked, and then returned to their apartment. Everything was how she left it, only the twins were asleep in their beds and Chi had turned off most of the lights. She leaned over to kiss Siduer and Sydney's foreheads and then shuffled back to the main room.

"Well, I can't really remember many right now. Maybe when I'm less tired and have less on my mind I will be able to think of some... I know there is obviously mine, and Judaism. There is also a few other Polytheistic beliefs, like some people in the province of Gaermania still worship the Germanic Gods, but its becoming less popular. The area around Sasnak has a weird religion based of worship of a god of deserts, but I do not know if it has a proper name. There are some older faiths like Hindi still in existence, and Minatross is dominated by the Cult of Ender. Its a strange nation..... they are one of the few nations on my world without a real space program, and many times they piggyback on ours because of the size. They are also our closest ally though, so it would make sense." Jacob explained a litle bit, trying to remember any that were interesting.

As Jacob did spoke. Albert accepted Ray's invitation and laid on on his boyfriend's lap, using one of his legs as a pillow in the process. His tail waved behind him in the small space between his back and the couch cushions, and he smiled happily. "You really are comfy, Ray." He mumbled sleepily, closing his eyes to relax a little more.

Its a strange nation..... they are one of the few nations on my world without a real space program, and many times they piggyback on ours because of the size.

Ray simply looked at Jacob and nodded his head, accepting that there were a very large amount of religions within the universe. Perhaps if each had a god or a few gods, there would be millions of different gods in existence, and more being born to accommodate new religions. Perhaps it would be a very refreshing experience to see how it was like for the gods to operate.

"Well, I'm glad that you find my legs comfy," Ray giggled as he looked down at Albert, stroking him delicately. Still, he wondered whether going to bed would be the best solution. "...Kitty, do you want to go to bed now? I know there are still others here, but you look very tired..."

Swith Witherward wrote:"Goodnight, Natiya." Swith gave her a small smile. "Hey, don't hesitate to knock. Okay?"

"I'd normally invite you to stay for a cup of tea..."

"I'm not staying for a cuppa. I'm seeing to it that you feel secure. You can't revert to shoe boxes in closets, Charumati. The twins need a stable life and not the Lair. So I'm giving you a gift. I'm making your apartment feel secure."

He glanced at Thriller's old chair. "Parting gift?" he gestured to the basket. "Looks like there's one for everyone he knew. There's one for you."

The ring bore her name. Ogoti smiled and handed it to her. "Shh. No tears. Go to bed. I'll work my magic and be gone by morning. Rest easy tonight."

Wren parked outside the building and hurried downstairs to her father.

There is a fifth dimension beyond that which is known to man. It is a dimension as vast as space and as timeless as infinity. It is the middle ground between light and shadow, between science and superstition, and it lies between the pit of man’s fears, and the summit of his knowledge. This is the dimension of imagination.

Albert smiled, and nodded. "I think so. Are you tired as well, Ray?" Albert asked, maneuvering his tail to poke Ray in the nose. He chuckled at that, then sat back up, reaching out to take Ray's hand. "So we're going to bed then? Will I get to use you as a pillow some more?" He smirked at that. He was trying to tease Ray a little bit, but he wasn't used to it and couldn't think of anything silly but teasing to say besides that.

Jacob chuckled and rolled his eyes at their behavior. "I am a bit ntired as well.... I am likely going to bed as well." He stood up off the couch, and looked down at the godling who was on the same couch. He guessed she would be able to head out when she wanted, so he waved to the group and began heading for his room, through the door in his small reading room.

"I'll probably be going too then," yawned Giovenith, who herself had almost been falling asleep on the couch. "Night night, it was good things worked out, guys. See you later."

With that, she excused herself from the apartment and returned to her room.

"Yeah, you can use me as a pillow some more! But I get to cuddle too, OK?", Ray giggled and grabbed Albert's tail, holding it so that he could freely pet Albert for the time being. Seeing Jacob's action, he grasped Albert like a cat and stood up from the couch, taking Albert into his own arms and beginning to carry him to their room. "See you later, M'kay?", he turned around to say goodbye to Gio.
