Army Size: 247,952 (according to 1670 census. I assume it grew in 30 years)
Navy Size: (there are no records of the Ottoman navy's strength during this period)
Strengths:Massive territorial power. Large army
Weaknesses: Borders are very spread out. Recently exited conflict with Austria. Military strength is falling behind that of European powers due to modernisation

Im open for suggestions on military and navy sizes

For army size I'd guess around...260,000 maybe?
I'd also go for a moderate-large navy due to the Ottomans having many Galleys.
Though, these are just assumptions.
