I got no clue what S&C is and also little idea what to reply now, i'm going to say she found 1 of her credit cards ontop of the thing because otherwise i'd have to type she was ranting for 20 min, now she can be annoyed but aslong as she got 1 abck she has her money back so she's relaxed enough for me to not write a 30 min lasting rant.
