[/quote]I am sorry, but considering that I don't watch Naruto I don't get your point here, try explaining what actually happened there.
Pity. It's kinda complicated to those who don't know Naruto, and it's also kinda a spoiler. Basically Itachi uses a certain sword to seal his soul away in a pocket dimension. That was whilst Orochimaru slightly misjudged Sasuke, and was trapped inside his body, being suppressed by Sasuke's will. Until Sasuke grew too tired whilst fighting Itachi. Essentially, a clever, strong willed individual whose body he's taken as a vessel can suppress him, whilst being able to transfer his powers and use them. And if something can effect a soul, Orochimaru's in danger. Though he did take precautions with parts of his soul being left in a bunch of other people, with those curse markers...
