The District plans on, if it's successful, mass-producing Project Alpha-Omega for their military.

Is it because I clearly state what is hoped to be in the weapon?
What the general idea is?

In general, Jon, it seemed that your weapon development was going to produce this seemingly perfect rifle. And if something like this is happening somewhere else, I just happened to skip over it and only catch yours. I'll be awaiting descriptions of the drawbacks.

Additionally, FN Herstal is developing a new rifle for France.
