The landlocked piece of land would go to germany.

Also,seriously,with either total lack of activity,or stuff happenening so fast that you barely can post,as well as free space,in a world where everything should be taken,rpers lacking knowledge of what they control and what not,as well as rather inactive rpers,and a lack of a defined idea against godmode,and its borders,possibly due to it being Althis,I am considering leaving this rp.
For now its just consideration,as it is kinda fun,but......

We should just go by Nation stats from 2013. And if you control multiple nation's just combined their stats together, and maybe make a few minor changes. That way this is easier.

No, if they don't want it they should get it. Just because you want the map filled in does not mean you should just give people random land.

I misunderstood what you are talking about with "a few minor changes",as it seems different from what you thought of in your reply.

With a few minor changes,I understood of maybe,raising,reducing,an area,by minimal scale,but it seems you see minor changes as larger than I do.
