This RP shall be set in 2013 AD. This time however, events such as the fall of Constantinople, Napoleonic Wars and WWIII never occured, and the European Empires managed to keep their holdins in America, Africa and Oceania. This of course does not mean that countries did not gain independence.
Without WWII and the Cold War taking place ideologies such as Communism and Fascism are still alive and kicking, and at some extent, even Imperialism.

In this RP you shall create a new country, or take a historical one and place it in the world map.

3) My word is NOT final, if you have a suggestion, feel free to talk to me about it.
4) Watch out for your claims and nation. The British Empire shall not control all of Africa and India and the Vandals wont have a Centralised Empire in Canada.

Name of Nations: Greek Empire
Claims on the Map: Check the official map
Form of goverment: Ruled by an Emperor and a Prime Minister of Fascist ideology.
Religion: Orthodox Christianity
Capital: Constantinople
Army: Focuses more on naval and air warfare to keep enemies away and has a decent land force
Backstory: The Greek Empire is the direct continuation of the Byzantine Empire and thus the Roman Empire. As the Byzantine Empire got more and more hellinised and the world around it changed, people demanded that the Emperor's Empire is regulated. Thus with many reforms the Greek Empire was created.

Army: Medium navy is countered by a fairly large, but we'll trained land force, but a small airforce.
Background: Rising from the ashes like a Phoenix, Canada over threw the crazy democracy fueled parliament, placing a new monarch on the throne. He reclaimed many colonies, and now his grandson will finish the job.

Backstory: The original Persian Empire successfully fought back against the Macedonians and the Arabs, and so Persia adopted its own unique culture, with Arab, Greek, and Indian influences. In the 1800s, call for democracy made the emperor adopt a constitution to make his people happy. Persia is a fierce enemy of the Greeks and will never stop to make peace, accounting for frequent border conflicts.

Capital:Neo Chersenesus (Kiev)
Army: Large but somewhat poorly equipped army, outdated and small Navy and Airforce
Backstory: Founded originally by Greek Colonists in Crimea, the Chersonian Empire rapidly expanded over its more disorganized and less advanced Slavic neighbors, before turning South and engaging in a long war for the conquest of the Caucasus. Despite having been a fearsome empire at it's prime, the modern day Chersonian empire is one with weak politcal leadership and rife with Corruption, revolutionaries and Separatists. Only time will tell if the mpire it to continue to stand the test of time.

Backstory:Founded upon the conquests of the Epirote Kings, the Epirote League remain a patchwork of vassals, tribes and Clans that all owe their ultimate fealty to the King of Ioannina. Although the King wields vast influence over the realm, his power is hardly absolute as he must play a difficult game of politics in order to keep their clans on his side. Meanwhile across the Ionian Sea, many of the Greeks of Southern Italy grow weary of the Epirote yoke and look perhaps for independence......
