CHARACTER FLAWS/WEAKNESSES: Although a genius, he can be rather oblivious of danger. His insanity often leads him to making terrible decisions. He is a terrible marksman and a worse driver.

BACKGROUND (we don't need tons of paragraphs): A psychotic supergenius mad scientist velociraptor sent to conquer the planet. It is his job as an Agent of the Empire. Although his plans for a world dominated by raptors was ruined by being arrested by the MIB (and imprisoned on Lunar Maximum Security Prison where he died trying to break out with his girlfriend). His second plan, which he called for backup from himself from alternate universes, was foiled with the power of friendship (and a sneak attack where all his neighbors beat him up and threatened to kill his girlfriend). He currently is raising a family with Gretta (whom he met at a party and is now married to) and hopes his children will take over the world one day if he fails again. He likes to experiment with SCIENCE!!! and makes interesting things for his children. He is friendly and positive (is slightly disturbing to watch him smile) with a rather ambiguous moral compass. He hates magic due to an earlier incident (blinded and having his face smashed in), but mostly because he sees it as the cheat codes of the universe.

NOTES (any things we should know about that aren't covered above): Neil's standard equipment includes a "Vortex Manipulator" (to travel across space time and dimensions), a "Laser-Spanner" (to aid in construction and repair of his devices), and a "Telluric Interchanger" (for disguising himself as human). SPECIAL ABILITIES OR SKILLS: He can hack electronic systems and databases from nearly any terminal. He also can give any electronic device an artificial intelligence. He has mild surgical skills and knowledge of advanced first aid.

Eventually he was fired from making cyborgs for the Drones (those alien robots) because his were too difficult to control, he was dumped back on Earth. He then designed another humanoid body so he wouldn't have to live out his life as an AI. After that he helped Monique hide while in a time of need and soon fell in love with her. Because of his relationship and choice of a humanoid body he is antagonized by a couple of the other clones of Neil. Later he realized that he was skilled at creating cybernetics and decided to focus on that instead of hacking. Fortu has a more well defined moral compass and is determined to stay on the good side and not succumb to insanity (a common affliction among raptor minds).

I hate my curret apps, so I decided to write these. I hope they're good enough, though I'm not expecting to be chosen. Still, it won't hurt to try, eh?

Tora Dimitrov (Full/Real), Torii (As known by everyone else.)

After their parents split, Torii was taken by her father Eastward. In a twist of fate, she was lost, and would spend the majority of her life living with other children as an orphan. War hit her hometown when she was still young, and not even the children were spared the horrors. Many of them, including little Tora, were conscripted by the Provincial military. From then on, Tora would serve as a worker, keeping up the different weapons and machinery around, and sometimes even being expected to fight. She watched a lot of friends die, something that would haunt her forever.

But it wasn't all bad. Later on in her life, she finally met her father again. Despite her only seeing him a few times, she has a strong bond with her father, and loves him more than any other person. She later was able to become a Junior Agent, who can be sent to other places to write and interact with the local populous. It was then that her life turned around. She started to meet new people, make friends, and learn new things about herself. She truly was blessed, she though. However, even in her new life, she is still not safe from the insanity of the city.

Katya Dimitrov IV
Katya was raised by her Mother, a cold, demanding aristocrat of Western Torsiedellie Allegiance. She was expected to be a proper woman, learning how to cook and clean. In her more leisurely activities, she learned how to play the piano and violin, play tennis, sprint, swim, and other sch activities. However, her life wasn't pleasant. Her mother was always breathing down her neck and berating her, setting high expectations, and at some points, even hitting her. She blew this off for a while, and allowed her mother to indoctrinate her, until one day, when her mother crossed the line. She volunteered for the West Torsiedellie Junior Military Program, and became an Agent, like her younger sibling, whom she still had met only once before. She went on to experience many adventures, and lightened up (though still not enough for her sister). Later, thanks to her sibling's meddling, she was assigned to the city of Beilfield, where she would go on to get wrapped up in all sorts of escapades, much to her dismay. Despite her attempts to appear cold, and not get attached to the strange foreigners, Katya found herself surrounded by friends and loves, something which she isn't afraid to admit to enjoying.

In the beginning of his sixth year in the PD, he got reprimanded for inappropriately handling a (rather personal) case involving a (rather asshole-ish) family member, and was strung out on excessive use of force. His position all but gone, he resigned and attempted to begin a private investigation firm, to no success.

However, his investigation talents didn't go unnoticed. Officially recruited by the Strategic Threat Analysis Bureau as a "sleeper agent," Ray was joined into the secretive "Unit 317;" a rumored government agency responsible for everything from extraterrestrial analysis to active engagement of foreign threats on DU soil. Under the supervision of the Minister of Defense, it turned to be a high-tech paramilitary group of 2,000 that handles sensitive situations for numerous sections of the government.

Despite his one-time fame, Ray fit in perfectly. Originally handling minor investigations, he eventually moved up to being an officer within the group after only a year in The Unit. However, recently he's been actually placed on sleeper duty after a request by his superiors. So, after a recent string of very odd events, he's managed to find himself here, at the apartment. He's got a few stories to tell, with the added bonus of telling them like an old, crazy man.
