If its publicly traded her old man is not the sole owner unless he owns 100% of the shares which in that case there is no point in it being publicly traded. There would be a good number of shares being traded in the open market to raise capital. Hathawell Capital could buy those up until they have enough to vote in their own people for a majority on the Board of Directors

They will a couple of squads of initiates(Angels) and Gunsmen of Chaos and Orcs(Demons) to receive, and they will a few firefights other the research.
