1. I really don't have any IC samples just war threads where everyone used IC Telegrams

Is it okay if I didn't give Shark any set target but rather will have him spy on the US Rebels to better know which target will provide the most challenge? Also which do you think there are more of on the planet. Bounty Hunters or Assassin's?
