You were not supposed to feel Napalm's sadness, but his guilt. I used that general idea as character developement.

So at the age of 13 he began criminal activity. Mostly kidnaping police. Many of whom where found dead with a picture of a pumpkin made of spray paint. He now pulls greater schemes often robbing banks and such. He tends to think of heroes as idiots. He's very tall and skinny but he's fast and hard to catch.
