Lol becoming appealing to the masses is the Republic's speciality! We damn near completed the French revolution 100 years before it was supposed to happen, and then we somehow got something from it!

"unbowed" might be correct, but even if you do win the war your countryside(and mine, perhaps) will lay bent, broken, and generally destroyed due to the inherit nature of warfare. So that is why for both our sakes really, we can come to a decent deal where we all gain something, because in reality, it would be very short-sighted of you to waste lives on a few lengths of land that technically would belong to Prussia, when you could be building up a stronger colonial empire in the New World.

Did the Swiss just plop an army in a flash from Switzerland to Vienna? As well Vienna isn't even under siege! The Prussians and my Austrians are fighting north along the Alps...
