Well, I think we'd be able to keep more people with that large of a timeskip, plus with the newly carved out nations, we may be able to acquire more people. Plus, 1860 would be a slightly higher tech thread, 1900 would be much higher tech, and thus, we'd have more inventions.
AH, PMT, some FT.

Your test scores indicate that you are an open-minded ultra-progressive; this is the political profile one might associate with a journalist. It appears that you are skeptical towards religion, and have a generally optimistic attitude towards humanity in general.
Your attitudes towards economics appear neither committedly capitalist nor socialist, and combined with your social attitudes this creates the picture of someone who would generally be described as a liberal.
To round out the picture you appear to be, political preference aside, a considerate idealistic egalitarian with many strong convictions.

Slightly higher? We'd have gatling guns, much better cannon, rifling widespread, steam ships... this is 1760. Muskets are more primitive than in 1860, ships are still very much sail ships...

"Power is a curious thing...Three great men, a king, a priest, and a rich man. Between them stands a common sellsword. Each great man bids the sellsword kill the other two. Who lives, who dies? Power resides where men believe it resides; it's a trick, a shadow on the wall, and a very small man can cast a very large shadow."

And don't forget Prussian Needle Guns... 12 rounds per minute, accurate at up to 600 meters, the grandfather of the bolt-action rifle.

Horrendously prone to failure or malfunction, though.

Afterward we can head to 1910 where we have machine guns, massive artillery, planes, and tanks.

Because we have good relations, beyond a simple pact. You can orchestrate my downfall with other people's armies, but if you want it done you might have to get in their yourself. If you do, you're fighting a strong coalition on my ground, while at the same time trying to deal with the Occitanians. I'd say you abandon ship and leave Russia to die.
