Musoma has extended its territories so it now has an Atlantic coastline. This will be the last time it expands for a while. I didn't know you had a West Africa so I extended my territory into your. Please rectify this on the map by moving my new territory a little south. You can find the latest map for my expansion on the last post in the IC thread.

For the purpose of actually having an enemy to fight against, rather than various tribes, may I create a NPC nation in the remaining territory of SE Asia?

Go with it, /notamod. I always RP taking over territory as taking over smaller nations: My Bulgarian invasion was against the "Bulgar Khanate" and my annexation of Tripoli was when I took the "Emirate of Tripoli".

It does say 'open' but the OP hasn't had a chance to close it yet. I was speaking to him today and we agreed to close it. However you're more than welcome to take over an inactive nation.

I am not sure which offer I should take in the current Europe situation. Balearic Isles or non-English settlement near Spanish colonies and access to Panama. On the other hand North France settled near Spain which will obviously anger them.

On Page 1 of the IC thread, you signed a Mutual-Defense Pact with Prussia saying that "If the Spartan Empire (or an allied nation of theirs) is to infringe the sovereignty of either of our peoples through invasion or other, said person shall declare war on the aforementioned."

So while Prussia hasn't officially declared war on North France, it would still be a little underhanded to suddenly abandon us and switch over to Sparta's Pact.

What are the inactive nation? It does strike me as bizarre if you don't have a China, even half of one. By that logic, India shouldn't be on the map either.
