So what happens if they all three decide to go all divide and conquer on you? All three of them are friendly with each other and not sure how far a independence guarantee from Prussia will go to ensure your independence.

The problem is the Hansa's only real value is as a trading port- St Petersburg and Tanilin. One side would be left out, and it's better just to leave the Hansa be. We are of no threat to them, and they have bigger fish to fry than our little country.

China is. But the OPs say that controlling all of China's population would make you too powerful, so you can only control the northern or southern portion.
