the Russians couldnt fully occupy my empire right? I know they cant push past the Caucuses if I turn to total war.

You could probably hold them at the Caucasus; even if our army was smaller and less well-equipped, the mountainous terrain there would mean that the Russians could only advance down a few areas of approach. Not to mention that, with more than half of their army fighting the Khaganate, they wouldn't be able to devote their full resources to fighting you.

I was more thinking of it being between the HSE, the UHS and the Ionians, something to further cement our alliances with each other and to protect each other in the case of a European war. Even then this is only me throwing an idea out.

I don't remember entering a formal alliance with you, Prussia, but I remember we were on good terms.

And yes, my only military ally is the UHS, so it'd basically be the three of us, the Middle East nations.

yes, I like the sound of the 'Anatoli Pact' for Anatolia cuz we all have a bit of it, there would be a lot to go over tho

Alright, I'll wait for the message then. The League would really like the idea of being part of a strong alliance, especially now that everyone seems to hate 'em.

Sure. Our colonies in South America border one another, so we can easily exchange goods there. Plus, as one of our preferred trading partners, you'll also be able to trade with the Incan Empire.

your colonies and the Prussian colonies could co-operate, trade, and expand while you ally with them in Europe and stay neutral on the French war
If you cannot stay neutral in France then maybe you could march troops through Prussian land
