I explored not expanded. I just commented on Baffin islands strange similar appearance on a map compared to sweden and Norway.

And when you get a trade agreement with me you get sent these passes. Therefore Japan is my only trading partner, but India can survive on its own for the most part.

Well consider this, most land trade reaching the east comes through me, some going through you. In any case, I sent my leader to conquer the fractured Chinese Kingdoms so if you want to parley, post about it.

You don't need trade agreements for the Silk Road, my nation serves as a middlemen, we grow rich off merchants who pass through so we get the best of east and west. As long we don't block trade, it happens automatically as it has for centuries.

That is if nations in Europe have trade agreements with nations in Asia, which I don't think I see plenty of them. Moreover, that is as well, if nations encourage traders to go through there. In other words Mr Dires, I see you profit from those routes when nations in both sides trade, so you better keep those nations in that side safe, and do not provoke the nations in this side, because then if it happens otherwise, I don't think your nation will be receiving the blessings from this route ;)

I don't think you guys are portraying trade accurately in this time, its not like today where everything is super regulated, trade is going to happen simply because merchants know how to make money, not because nations agree to trade each other. As long as we don't prevent trade, it happens automatically, especially over land. There is no good reason to stop this trade either, it makes everyone richer. I'm not threatening anybody, I'm just stating that trade in reality doesn't start with nations, but with citizens.

Well I once again say excuse me. I have not had the best days right now seeing at least half the RPs I am in there I an hostile person or constant arguments with other people or people just completely ignores me and that usually destroys my usually good mod.

I agree with your point, but my point here is that nations can discourage traders from trading in a certain part of the world. Maybe no one here will do it, well that is except for moi, there is no confidence in trading with toi, so since my nation is the owner of the first modern economy, the task will be simpler. But you don't need to worry about a thing Mr Dires, you were blessed with many allies in Europe, my decision won't harm you at all. Hopefully you know how to make those troops behave. :)
