Backstory: Casey was raised on a reservation in the asscrack of the country, also known as North Dakota. Yes, people actually live there outside of Bismarck and Fargo, and no, not everyone's faucets shoot streams of flaming dihydrogen monoxide. Though not for a lack of trying on her part. At a young age, she had an interest in how things work, and how one could make them stop working. This had natural consequences, one notable event involved her taking apart and then putting back together an entire gas lawn mower. It never quite worked exactly the same ever again, always randomly putting on bursts of insane speed until one day it finally broke away from her father and ran straight into the Missouri and promptly drowned.
Her father was a Meister and her mother was a Weaapon (Howitzer type), though she died shortly after her birth, so she never knew her. Regardless, she showed almost no signs of Weaponry. Ended up in Death City where she met her Weapon, a drill.

Back Story: Anne's life, however, was fairly boring. She grew up in Detroit and moved with her parents to Death City, as she showed clear signs of being a Weapon like they were. She met Casey on their first day.
