Back Story:

Ekaterina was born to one of the most wealthy and influential families in all of Russia. They had served the people of Russia since the time of the Tzars and as such still retained the honorary title of a royal family (Ducal).In some regards it would be fair to compare her early years with fairy tails, but every cynic knows that nothing good can last. Ekaterina's father was a highly respected government official in the Russian government. Under his leadership organized crime had gone down, less people were starving, and more people were working. Even his association with the police department helped bring down one of the largest criminal organizations in Moscow. As you can imagine, this did not endear him to the Russian Mafia.

One cold night in December four hitmen broke into their palatial estate and slaughtered the family, Ekaterina was spared by accidentally turning into a Meteor hammer and was able to hide.
For the next few years she hunted the men all over Russia. Chasing every lead she could think of while slowly being drug down into the criminal cesspool she was using to chase her families murders. Eventually she became a strung out junkie stealing for food. Until she tried to rob a DWMA student, and her powers were discovered.

You would have to get past the fact that Rankin is basically an Autonomous Weapon. While Esmund is more cooperative but flys off the handle a lot. xD

So for everyone else. The Idea I proposed was something along the lines of bringing in an NPC or something along that line of (if you have read or heard about the Manga) The Clown.

Well I asked the question seeing as we pieced through a steel door. The force of the impact probably gave everyone a nasty concussion so I suggested shifts to rest our heads between flight.
