The Fall, Chapter 1: Harvest (IC only)

Agapows tank moved to support foxhound company and soon had the last wraiths in his aim. He waited a bit until he said " Pozhar" the main gun gave a loud roar as the anti-armor shell hit the wraith in the side destroying it. Then the HMG of the scorpion letter lose as HMG rounds started to burrow themselves into the covenant forces.

Noticing Little Bear move from underneath him, Alexander began piloting the Vulture to follow Agapow overhead.
"Hey Agapow" he said into the communications "How is little bear holding up?" One of the underside guns turned, firing at an emplacement of Covenant forces ahead of the Scorpion.

The HMG continued to cut down covenant teams trying to reach the scorpion. " Well lets just this war will end soon I would hate to be in a repeat of Stalingrad."

"If I remember correctly the soviets won the battle of Stalingrad" Alex says over the radio while trying to kill the sangheili that charged him.

" Yes my one of my ancestor actually fought in it. He got shot in the shoulder though a German. I just don't want to be part of a repeat of Stalingrad because it was so bloody." The main gun the fired again destroying another covenant emplacement.

"Stalingrad? The battle during the Second World War? That would be awful. We certainly don't need a repeat of that. Also, I'm glad Little Bear is doing good. The last thing we would need would be being overrun by Hunters and Wraiths and whatnot" Alexander said. Hearing Alex, Alexander spoke once more "Aye hello Alex! I'd like to thank you for getting rid of the AA"

With the arrival of the two vehicles, the Covenant were being pushed back. The four Wraiths remaining in the city began to converge on the Space Elevator. Blue globs of fire shot towards Little Bear. A pair of Banshees screamed around a corner, raking the Vulture with fire.

"Enemy Banshee's inbound, I'll try to hold them" said Alexander. Several of the plasma rounds "bounced" of the Vultures armour, yet it was still hit. In response, the Argent V missile launchers located on the left and right of the Vulture, locked on to the Banshee's and fired.

Little bear was almost hit once but managed to get out of the way. Agapow said in anger " Chert poberi eti svolochi zavet nikogda ne delayut ikh? " The main gun of the scorpion fired but missed one of the wraiths it was trying to hit. " get good hit this time." Agapow said to the gunner while trying to evade covenant fire while aiming.

Alex fired the rest of the magazine of his magnum into the head of the elite attacking hoping it'd be enough to kill it before darting off to the alleyway.

Simon ran towards the elevator,shooting his SMG's into the covenant forces.While he was running,he was cussing like crazy.He threw down his SMG's and got his shotgun out,pumping it.With that,he fired at two elites.He than ran up a stairway,attempting to get to the roof.

Steven and Victoria had taken cover behind a wrecked car to avoid a rain of plasma fire. Steven looked from cover to see who they were facing. He saw some grunts. Nothing more.
'Just some grunts.'
'Almost expected 'em to do better.'
Some more plasma pistol shots plunged into the car, this time ending in the burned body of it's driver. Steven grabbed a frag grenade. He loosened the pib, and threw it behind him.
They bith heard the high pitched screaming of the grunts trying to run away. Ten the explosion, followed by silence. Victoria looked at the place.
'Clear.'
'Good for them. Suckers.'
Steven turned on his comm line.
"'This is Marine Corporal Steven Parker and Combat Medic Victoria Smith signing in. Anyone inneed of assistance?'

Steven and Victoria had taken cover behind a wrecked car to avoid a rain of plasma fire. Steven looked from cover to see who they were facing. He saw some grunts. Nothing more.
'Just some grunts.'
'Almost expected 'em to do better.'
Some more plasma pistol shots plunged into the car, this time ending in the burned body of it's driver. Steven grabbed a frag grenade. He loosened the pib, and threw it behind him.

" Unless you can destroy a wraith nyet." The main gun of little bear shoot again. " Finally a hit." Agapow said when the scorpions main gun hit one of the wraiths.

'Well, creating a wonder is still on my to do list. Location and status? We are a five minutes walk from the Orbital Elevator, just the two of us.'
Steven looked around. Still no nw hostiles. Good thing.

[Red Team]

Sarge had upped the pace recently. There was a large building about 3 blocks down the street.

"I presume that is the facility," he said to the others. "Alright men, this is what you were trained for! What we're gonna do is this. You two," he points to two of the ODSTs, "yall are gonna sneak around back and knock on the back door. This will distract the aliens making them think we're coming from behind. While you two do that, the rest of us will blow open the front door with these grenades. Move out men! Hooah!"

'A Russian, eh?'
'A Russian with a tank.'
'We'd better go, then.'
They walked through the streets to the elevator, dealing with but little resistance, just a few grunts and jackals. Short work

After several minutes, they heard the tank firing.
'That must be him, then.'
'Let's find some cover first.'

[KIADSK]

Copy that sir. Deimos was waiting outside in anticipation a bead of sweat rolled down his forehead he didn't know what to expect apart from it was going to be laced from head to toe in Covenant Scum. He held his gun firmly with pride and was more than ready to give his life for the greater good.

[Epraria]

Agapow manages to get one of the wraiths in his aim and fire. Hitting it in the front. He sill needed to hit it one more time and then there would be 2 wraiths left. He starts to maneuver to try and get it back in his aim.

Steven and Victoria both lay in cover, looking at the tank battle in front of them.
'Allright, that one is hit, we should probably aim for the others.'
'That's what I'm doing, Vic. I suggest you do the same. Aim for the secondary gunners.'
Both had grabbed their ranged weapons, one a DMR, the other a Battle Rifle, and took aim at the gunners. Atleast they'd be able to help the tank in some way.
Tanks beat everything, anyways.

After ducking into the alley Alex moves through several buildings to evade the Covies. Alex runs into a building overlooking the two wraiths. "Please don't see me." Alex says while crouch walking to the roof of the building, and taking aim at one of the wraiths.

[Honorisia]

Missiles from the Vulture smashed into one of the Banshees, blowing it to pieces. The second Banshee sped around a building, avoiding the missiles. It came back at the Vulture, launching a massive bolt of green plasma.

Together, the three remaining Wraiths opened fire on Little Bear. The Plasma Mortars arced down towards the tank, glowing bright blue. The gunners continued firing into the ODST taking cover in the ruins of the Space Elevator. A lucky bullet struck one of the Grunt gunners in the head, stopping the stream of plasma from the gun.

Sarge and Deimos could hear noises from inside the building. Something was inside, something big...

With the Wraiths firing on Little Bear Alex takes the chance to fire two rounds of his sniper into the vent of one of the wraiths hoping it would destroy it, and draw fire away from Little Bear allowing it to destroy another Wraith.

[Honorisia]

A plume of blue sparks erupted from the exhaust of the Wraith. It crashed into the ground, losing power. A pair of Jackals poke their guns out the windows of the neighbouring building, investigating the shots.
