True, however its not quite impossible. I've been screwed over plenty of times by a 20 mm while in a Pz 38 n.A. and even a Pz IV because they managed to hit just right. So lets hope he's clever with it.

Participating Vehicles: Vehicles are restricted to those that were designed and tested before 8/15/1945 and/or vehicles that use equipment that was planned for use in that era. (Tanks that were still in the planning stage at that time can be used based on decisions passed by the League.)
Valid Rounds: Use only approved rounds by the Tankery League. Producing or modifying rounds or ammunition is prohibited.
Additional Equipment #1: For the protection of the crew, the safety measure of having the inside of the tank plated with League-approved armor is enforced.
Additional Equipment #2: A League-approved "judging device" is installed into each participating tank. The judging device can automatically calculate a round's power, armor strike location, and entry angle based on the information sent by a chip installed in each round.
Tankery Battle Styles: Total Annihilation & Flag-Style
Total Annihilation: The first team to have all of its tanks incapacitated, loses the match.
Flag-Style: The first team to have its flag-tank incapacitated, loses the match. (Used in national tournaments)
Pre-semifinal matches allow up to 10 vehicles, Semifinal matches allow 15, and final's matches allow 20.
This is also being put up on the OP as well.
And Fin, i feel that could come in real handy when we finally get into the matches.

All of the above matches what I know and remember! Thanks for taking the time to compile it.
Although, I must say. I do think my T-70 is going to get knocked out a lot. :<

Well, unless you know of somewhere I can get ahold of a 45mm anti-tank gun M1942. :<
That'll help.

If I may point out, not even a Firefly could stop Ooarai from winning against Saunders.
So sneak tactics are pretty much going to have to be our modus operandi. And for that, the T-70 is probably going to be the analog of the Type 89 in the show.

Exactly. I'm going to start up a bit of an activity check because there's only a couple tank crews that haven't gotten to pick their tanks so once that is done and you and VDNKh get your apps up we should be all set for the first practice in the IC.

Gotcha. Actually working on the apps right now, specifically the bios. I hate writing bios. (-_-)
I must ask, though. Is it acceptable to have students with Russian names? I suppose I should have asked earlier.

I don't want to completely stamp out peoples ideas but it'd be much appreciated if they were japanese, a russian nickname would be fine. If you have trouble coming up with japanese names Fin actually pointed out a good site. *wink wink nudge nudge, fin we may need another link.*

Can I do nicknames similar to the crew of Ooarai's Chi-Nu? That would let me salvage some of what I've written of my bios.

Team name: Буря северных пустошах
(Burya Severnykh Pustoshakh, Burya for short)
Tank: T-70 Light Tank
Commander/Gunner/Loader/RO
Name: Satomi Nomura, "Tyulpan"
Age: 15
Appearance: Here, here!
Favorite Flower: White Calla Lily
Favorite Tank: T-10M heavy tank
Favorite Subject: Science!
Hobby: Adding to her massive collection of Russian AFV models.
Bio: Born in Nizhniy Tagil to a Russian father and a Japanese mother, Satomi was around tanks from almost day one. After her mother's 10 year travel visa expired, and they returned to Japan, Satomi had received a model of a T-80 from her father, painted the same as the one he was a driver for. This one gift was the final push to steer her onto the way of the tank. After meeting Hoshi in the school library, where they were both doing armor research, they became fast friends, although not seeing eye-to-eye on some things. Upon reaching high school, where Sensha-do was available, it was practically guaranteed that both of them would sign up, despite the poor state of the school's Sensha-do team.
Driver
Name: Hoshi Mikami, "Uragan"
Age: 14
Appearance: Again, here, here!
Favorite Flower: Peruvian Daffodil
Favorite Tank: T-54 Model 1949 medium tank
Favorite Subject: History, much to Satomi's chagrin.
Hobby: Studying tank design throughout history.
Bio: In a story similar to Satomi, Hoshi's mother was a Sensha-do instructor for the JGSDF, and her father was a minor engineer in an AFV engineering firm. So again, it was no surprise that she would also follow the way of the tank. However, unlike Satomi, who is soft-spoken, and usually calm and collected, Hoshi is loud and impulsive, and quite prone to mashing firing switches. This got her in quite a bit of trouble when her mother let her fire the gun of a Type 90 MBT at a gunnery range before the rangemaster had indicated the 'all-clear'.

Okay, my brain is toast for now. Let me know if it's a yes or no, I'll be off writing my IC post.

On a side note. There is now an empty Panzer IV ausf. F1 in the tankery garage, any of the teams that haven't gotten a tank I suppose you could take that for now and your preferred tank would be delivered with the order Kaede plans to place to the School Board.

1). Oh, dear. That should create some awkward moments.
2). You, sir, have all of my respect.
3). Unfortunately, there is a reason I did not choose a tank with a crew larger than two. I cannot handle large numbers of chars in one RP.

Well, the engine could be salvaged as a backup for the StuG, seeing as how both of them used the Maybach HL120TRM. Other than that, I dunno.
imnsho, I'd keep the PzIV in current condition, even if it is uncrewed.
