Well yeah, because you would mostly be up against Tier 4-Tier 6s.

I Super Pershings were resistant to the King Tiger's glacis in WoT too, so unless they were skilled they didn't have a chance~

What I thought was rather BS was that the King Tiger's 8.8's couldn't penetrate the front of a Super Pershing either.. And the 10.5 would only penetrate weak points.

The King Tiger's frontal armor is 15cm at a 40° incline while the lower is 10cm at a 40° angle.

I never used the 105 on my Easy Eight either, so it isn't just you friend.

I mean, it's fun to run around with the 105 on the M4, but I've had games where I would be against tier 7s and the HE would only dent them, and then I would do less than 100+ damage when I fire at their sides.

But that's why I love running it on my Jumbo. Because it doesn't matter if I do less than 100 damage a shot, with proper angling I can bounce shots from them and then fire back without having to really aim at anything. Against most tier 7 tanks I can manage 50 damage a shot. One pulled off 1000+ total damage in a tier 7 game running the 105 on my Jumbo.

Yes you should, and in the PC version you probably would. I think the problem is that the PC version has a different Dev team than the 360 one.

I hear the M3 Lee gets a lot of flak because it plays more like a tank destroyer. I played a tank destroyer once and it didn't seem nearly as bad as people made it out to be.

That's because it was a fixed turret TANK DESTROYER, not a fixed turret medium tank. The fixed TDs have thicker armor in the front and sides than a medium tank does. The advantage of the medium tanks are that they have turrets and are generally faster than TDs and Heavy tanks. The Lee is a shit. I know because I used it a lot. They basically took the bad part about being a fixed TD and put it to the medium tank which suffers enough for being a go between for light tanks and TDs.

It is as bad as people make it out to be.

Agreed. Not to mention you can't fight people on slopes because they can shoot you in the 3.7cm turret like it's butter. Honestly I would have been happier if there was some way to use it, would have given you an extra 90 damage or so.

You'd think there would be an option to switch between the sponson-mounted and turreted guns.

Just finished my long needed SW thread post. This RP has now moved to the top of my priorities list and will be getting my undivided posting attention until I get something up. I'm gonna give an estimated time of completion of around 1 week give or take.

Fairly certain that works with a lot of WW2 tanks. By a lot, I mean "the vast majority."

Ha ha very funny. That's a maximum time frame. Since this post will leagues shorter than the one I wrote for the SW role play I can almost guarantee that its not going to take that long.

Their have nor armor, their speed sucks, and their guns don't really do that much damage.

The only thing they going for them is the rate of fire of said guns and the fact that their pretty damn accurate.

Well I've only had the Type 3 for the moment, so that's what I can tell you far about the tree.

Yeah, except the the Matilda. Teh Matilda had the 2-Pounder and it had crazy armor, but Japanese tanks have better speed than that.....
