That's because you have to angle.

If you are trying to dogfight in a Jumbo, you are doing it wrong.

I would rather have a slow reload time than sit there bouncing every shot I fire.

So use the Jumbo like a Heavy Tank?............... One that can't take hits to the side very well, because it's front armor is the only really protective on it and gun mantlet?

Yeah, 360 Edition is messed up.

When I first got my T29 Heavy Tank, the stock gun couldn't pierce the front of a Jumbo or even the machinegun port, while the same gun on the Jumbo could penetrate the front of a T29 like it was butter.

...Never had that happen on the PC version. But the stock T29 gun is crap. Mostly because that M1 76mm gun is crap.

It's not the best gun but you gotta use what ya got. It's not horrible either, I've had worse.

Like the early 122's on the Russian line. When I was using them I only did 97 damage on average, sometimes around 110. But no higher.

Yeah, but your alternative wasn't crap. The 76mm has 112 penetration. 112! You're not gonna even be able to put a dent in a tier 8. I'd rather have the gun that gives me assured HP damage and module damage, even if its not very much. Plus when you get that nice big slab of flat armor HEAT just kicks ass.

I didn't start buying premium rounds till tier 8, and I didn't even before Soviet armor was introduced I didn't need it. Only until the OP Russian armor came in did I have to actually start buying premium rounds.

Russians don't have OP armor, nothing does, at least on the PC version. I also don't NEED premium ammo and I only take a small amount of it. I use premium ammo for those instances when it helps me. For instance when an AT7 turned head on towards me. Rather than hitting that 100+ front armor with my standard HE ammo and only doing 50 or so damage I loaded premium HEAT. I then aimed at a weak spot and fired away. Bam 350 damage and one dead AT7.

Honestly if you NEED premium ammo to be competitive, than you are doing something wrong. Of course the Xbox version sounds very, very different than the PC one.

I like SPG's best. The armor may be bad, but they make up for it with the range.

There's also no end to the fun when someone tries attacking you from on top of a hill, in your direct line of vision.

I've seen many a SPG turn and point blank tanks in the final 1v1 of the match when they tried to roll up on them. It wasn't pretty.

Well that one is pretty obvious. Except for games like BF 4 Free which are engineered to be pay to win.

From what I've heard the PC and 360 versions are like two completely different games.

I haven't played the PC version, but I know it's better.

Quite frankly, cause it couldn't possibly be worse.

The PC version is amazing. People complain about balance issues, but there really aren't any. At the moment they are actually working on redoing a lot of the maps, getting rid of concealment and adding more varied terrain. It's all to stop people from camping. They also recently nerfed the TDs camo bonus.

What the hell? That's what TD's are supposed to do cause of their lack of a turret and lower HP I mean seriously, they're designated snipers. Snipers need to remain hidden.
