I have no problem with the Jumbo, weather I'm top tier or bottom tier. I think the mistake many people make is using the 76mm gun. Use the 105mm howitzer. I managed to engage an IS in a head on fight, in a city, with my Jumbo, and I won.

The M4 Howitzer?................ But the reload time on that gun is pretty slow.
And long distant shots are hard to pull off because the shell travels slower.
