Well that depends on you.
If at any rate it's helpful, I'm going to have to get another girl in for my tank once it upgrades.

Bio : Daughter of a russian soldier and of a japanese writer, she has always loved action and discipline.
Cold on the outside, she isn't very expansive with anybody, as she prefers having few but true friends rather than a large (and noisy) crowd of people around her.
She has always appreciated tanks, but she can also double as infantryman, if needed, as she is capable of engaging in guerrilla warfare pretty well.
Sometimes too stern about others and herself, she has nonetheless amanged to gather loyal friends, with whom she opens herself and shows her true emotions.Name: Silke Dunkel

Bio : Daughter of german father and japanese mother, she doesn't look japanese at all. She is rather proud of her natural blonde hair, her blue eyes, and her western look, which has so much success among boys.
Somewhat the opposite of her best friend Alexa, she is an extrovert and easily makes friends with anybody. However, she also needs somebody to compensate her expansive character, and that's why she loves the company of Alexa. She is smart in dressing and appreciates German armour, rather than russian, especially tank destroyers.Name: Ulrike Stadtmeister

Bio : Cousin of Silke, her character is balanced and it is halfway Silke's and Alexa's characters.
She prefers speed over combat capability, and loves sneaking behind enemy lines and reporting the position of enemy tanks to allies or artillery. She is a very skilled mechanic and is in charge of the team's vehicle's maintainance.

I just want to point out a couple things.
1. I think that these girls would have to be extreme military enthusiasts to have the know-how in battle.
2. Having the commander trained in guerilla warfare seems pretty far-fetched. These aren't child soldiers we have going into Sensha-Do, and infantry wouldn't even be used as far as I've seen in the anime.
3. I highly suggest you put in a purebred Japanese girl, since Finorskia got on me for my once 'all foreign exchange student' team, that got changed around. It helps fit them into the setting more.
That's about as much as I can see so far. Other than that, looks good.

Case and point Katyusha, Kei, and Darjeeling all are clearly heavily influenced by Russian, American, and British respectively but its never stated that they are anything but japanese.

I'd prefer it. I'm not saying you have to completely change the characters, but basically I'd say either change the fathers around a bit so they're japanese, or just leave that part out. By no means does this mean I'm stopping you from having Alexa or Silke act like a russian or german just do it similar to the characters from the show where its purely a personality preference.

More atrocities that I didn't spot.
In all seriousness though I'm with Mon on this. I have a character who's father is a Colonel (at least think it was Colonel) in the US military and is in charge of one of the many US bases in Japan. Yet even she doesn't have actual military training (short of what her dad taught her, which was really really basic stuff).

Elena's military history speak for itself.
The only thing I didn't have her reveal yet was her father is Spetsnaz GRU.

Maybe it's because of the perception that the badass Russians singlehandedly pushed the Nazi hordes back, as well as the fact that for nearly half a century they were one of the two superpowers.... or something.

I recommend you take a bit of a look at the IC to see whats been going on but I'll give a bit of a synopsis. The school year started back up and at the opening ceremony the School Chairman and Kaede Moto from the Sensha-Do program announced that the school board was going to revamp the program. The previous year the team only had two tank crews, and they were hoping to bring the Sensha-Do program up to its former glory. Thus there was a signup later that day that some of the teams were at, and now it being the next day these teams came to the garage to pick their tanks and start the first practice. So basically since you're a bit of a latecomer then your best bet is to have your team come in and join the team a day late. Which is no problem, but you may need to wait until we advance to the next day to get a tank... unless you're ok with using a Pz. IV ausf. F1 for now.
