Incase you haven't seen, you've misspelt Sauron as Saurin. Normally I wouldn't care about spellings, its just reading that post is a bit weird.

Oh, yes, this is the Third Age, more or less. Obviously, many canon events of this period are voided and otherwise nonexistent. I do believe Arnor is also unclaimed, for the most part, but Aragorn is being played by someone - I think. Best ask the OP though!

The canon starts at about the time of the War of the Ring, for the record. Obviously Smaug was slain, and the Necromancer driven from Dol Guldur, but Bilbo never found a Ring, nor was Eastern Osgiliath taken by the Morgul hosts. Also apparently the line of kings returned earlier to Gondor?

Yes, I know, so worry not. Sindarion was just questioning how a Balrog works and functions, as he knows very little about them, he himself somewhat wondering if they're in fact nothing more than extensions of Sauron's will given form. And yes, to say he's 'fairly masterful' would be a great understatement. Anyways, I await your post!
