Language had already developed. Society had also. Chariots have been recorded as being used in ancient Mesopotamia.

Well, my people know of seeds, however, there are extremely few farms in the tribe, due to the climate and the fact that my people are unaware of how to make an effective farm.

Yeah. There are some patches of wild plants close to my main town, but they haven't domesticated them.
