Kim Jong-un assumed that all other delegates had decided not to show up, and went into the Residence. He seen the delegates congregating with each other, which is exactly what he'd hope for. He walked up onto a stage, and then, to a podium on the stage.

"Delegates, I would like to welcome you to the 2013 Pyongyang Economic Summit! I hope that this will be just as successful as I hope it will be. Tomorrow, we will be discussing a Free Trade Agreement between all members that are joining the summit, the next day, we will be discussing other economic deals that will help our nations economy. Today, though, I want you all to enjoy yourself, and get to know the rest of your fellow delegates. I thank you for joining me, and I hope your stay is one of the best you will ever take."
