Slendy is going to win that battle.
He just has to eat Scarecrow, then done. :p
Actually, that's the short version.
He has to fight Scarecrow for three days straight, Scarecrow passes out due to exhaustion,
and Slendy eats him slowly with his tendrils.
Then he saves Shade's life at some point after that (she won't be near where-ever they fight.) and then Shade becomes Slender Woman,
And they live happily ever after.
The end. :p
