Plasma will not be in Arc 3. Now I actually have a reason for it. Guilt at infecting them sends him off. He sees them how they are now. Mutations are not good to him in any form.

Depends from person to person. Plasma is Vengeful, has slight physical changes(skin, iris, and blood is yellowish), has intense pains ever so often(though this is hidden) and kills most people he touches.
