Hey fellas, I made it!

(Because I lied earlier) I went through Amsterdam using a 9-hour Delta flight, got to ride around in an airport buggy trying to get to my gate, got bored shitless for three hours on an entertainment system-lacking flight, and then spent three hours looping in an out of consciousness while riding along in a car.

What time is it over there? I think we now have a 9-7 hour time difference.

Character Name (can be different than nation name): Nocturne
URL to Character Picture or a few sentences about what they look like: This., but obviously not so blurry.
Character Species: "Devil Eater"
Character Powers/Special Abilities (if any): Is capable of [Redacted], full extent unknown but thought to be [Redacted]. Possibly related to charms or weapons he carries.
Character Weaknesses/Flaws: Doesn't have much in the way of friends, as his unnerving nature tends to scare others away.
Character Background: From a place called Ater. Doesn't talk about it much except for throwaway references and cryptic remarks. Avoids talking about it in detail.
