@Bran. Cultists have leftover parts from the city rebuild. Remind me to have them approach your character. Some of it will work for your project but other things can work for collection in general for fixing other people's things.
Do you want him to have a workshop? We'd talked about having him use an spare hangar on the base but I've been considering making a little shop near the Wilting Succubus for Marcus. Would your character want in? Cultists would come to him for fixing general things like toasters and radios.
