She didn't mean to do it. She'd pawed at the edge, I think, and when it fell on her she just freaked and tried to run away. It got totally tangled around her and the yarn ball unraveled enough to twist around her front leg. She's free but I'm going to see if I can lure her out with some catnip so I can check to make sure she's not limping.
