First off: It explains everything. He was born in Northern Ireland to someone who wasn't married to his dad. Simple enough, eh?

Personality: Tion is, generally, a fairly easygoing Rasta from Jamaica. Sure, he is a gang leader, but at the same time he isn't all that bad. He gives everyone a fair deal, don't screw with him, and he won't kill you and your family in a particularly brutal fashion. He likes to hear every part of an offer before he handles all of his business, whether it be in selling drugs or in acquiring new illegal firearms. He will try to negotiate before going all psychopathic Jamaican, however, once someone screw him he will not hesitate to hunt them down in the city and end them like a vengeful deity.
Biography: Tion was born and raised in Jamaica, a quite poor country by today's standards. It was his experiences there that would shape him into the Rasta that he is today. It was there that he first encountered drugs and a man known only as "Papa Snow". Papa Snow was, in actuality, a Jamaican drug lord that Tion had gotten involved with at the ripe young age of twelve. He worked with Papa Snow for around six years before he moved to the states. He had learned much from that old Jamaican Drug Baron, and now he began to ply his trade in Woodviolet.

In Woodviolet, he had surprisingly encountered many other Jamaicans such as himself, and there was even a thriving gang known as the 'Kingston Posse' more commonly known as the 'Downtown Yardies' to the Police and other gangs, but they usually went by the former, to display their heritage. He joined up with them rather quickly, working with them for around nine years, climbing the ranks and making deals with suppliers to keep the drugs flowing. He rose to the rank of second-in-command after nine hard years of work and finally, he came to the highest position of power in the gang. He was their leader, thanks to the death of their former leader dubbed 'Brigadeer Prophet' AKA Clayton Burgess in a gangland shooting.

Soon after, he sided the gang with the Acquati family, one of the most influential criminal families in the city. Needless to say, they were more in line with what he did than the Ainsworth family. They were into drug trafficking, and could even acquire firearms for his gang. If anything, Tion and his gang were little more than cheap enforcers for the Acquati family, but at the same time this was only a temporary arrangement. They only want those who will support their business in power. If the Acquati lose this bout with the Ainsworth family, or decide to get out of the drug running game, they will suddenly find themselves divorced from the Kingston Posse.
