New Duel Academy Year 1 (IC, Open)

Friday May 1st, New Domino City Docks, 12: 45 PM,

Professor "General", Professor Saytr, Professor Ducio, and Professor "Zeus" waited at the docks for all the new Duel Academy Students to arrive so they could assign them their dorms. Chancellor Hamilton had announced he couldn't wait to see these new students and the rest of the Academy was peaked with interest as well.
Professor "General" represented the Blue-Eyes White Dorm, Professor Saytr represented the Ra Yellow Dorm, Professor Ducio represented Slifer Red, and Professor "Zeus" represented Obelisk Blue. They all decided to pass the time by going over who was in their dorms.
It was really unnecessary to assign them Dorms now because each student had been sent a letter and package last week. The package contained their Academy Uniform which had been made specifically for each student. And the letter informed them of the location where they would ship out from and what dorm they were in.
On Professor "General"s list was the following students assigned to Blue-Eyes White:

OOC: Maps and such.
-No map! You will express locations the way I have done at the top with the time and place. So say your character was at the Obelisk Blue Dorm at 3:00 PM. You would put at top Date (Optional), Obelisk Blue Dorm, 3:00 PM.
-Locations are all described in OOC thread and orientation will be given by your Dorm's Professor on the boat.
-Start your first post with mentioning your receiving the letter and package and then move on to arrival by checking in with your Dorm Professor.
THE MOST IMPORTANT RULE OF ALL THAT YOU CAN UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES NOT OBEY IS.................HAVE FUN!

Alex, Rosier, Christina, Richard, Henry, and Diana all sat in the Limo in their Academy Uniforms as the car drove to the docks and they prepared to be split apart. Of them, Alex and Henry were the only ones to get into Blue-Eyes White.
They had all received their letters and Uniforms the week before and now they were pulling up to the docks. They all stepped out of the car and walked over to their Dorm Professors and went to their assigned group. Alex and Henry to White, Richard and Rosier to Blue, Christina to Yellow, and Diana to Red.

Oiron stepped out of his minivan wearing his Slifer Red uniform before sighing, "For some reason, I knew I'd end up in Slifer Red." He said before taking out his new, and improved deck. "Though during the wait, at least I got to craft a stronger deck." He said with slight confidence before joining Diana, and the rest of the Slifer Reds. "So Diana Barry is it?" He asked, trying to start a conversation, "Are you by any chance related to Alex, and Rosier Barry?"

[Decius]

Diana nodded and smiled. "Yes they're my older cousins. Though cousin Alex is a lot colder and uncaring than he used to be. So Slifer huh? I heard that the students put here may have the weakest decks and strategies but they have the most heart and courage of all the Dorms. I guess that makes us Slifers unique huh?" Diana tried to always make the best of every situation and not be negative.

[Galnius]

After Alex recieved his letter and uniform he grinned. He may be in Slifer Red, but he was in at 13. He did not expect anything more. Now he was standing outside of his school. It sounded great to him. "His" school. He walked up to a kid he almost dueled with and the girl who complimented him.(Diana and Oiron) "Looks like we are in the same group huh?"

Oiron smiled, "Well if you put it that way, then it can't be that bad." He said before bringing out his new deck, "And I upgraded my deck since the Entrance Duels. I should have realized earlier that my Fabled deck wouldn't do so well outside of my neighborhood duels." He then put his new deck back into its holder before hear a familiar voice, "Ahh, Alex I still owe you that duel."

[Decius]

Professor Ducio came over and smiled at the three. He was a tall man though rather thin but he appeared to be very agile. He had emerald green eyes and chestnut brown hair.
"Greetings my young pupils. I am Professor Ducio the Head of the Slifer Dorm. Standing before me I do not see slackers but rather untapped potential waiting for the right moment to break free. What do you see in yourselves?"

Henry and Richard both laughed from their groups at the thought of Diana having potential. "Ha! Our sister? Potential? Please she's ranked the lowest a member of our family ever has when attending Duel Academy. She'll never go anywhere."

[Galnius]

Oiron smiled, "Well if you put it that way, then it can't be that bad." He said before bringing out his new deck, "And I upgraded my deck since the Entrance Duels. "True, but I want to learn a little more." He heard Proffesor Ducio speak. He spoke to Diana. "I see myself as red who showed up a teacher." he joked.

Marcus watched as the newer students entered from a balcony toying with his locket he had found last year with a powerful fire and light deck. This year he knew he would show them his true place as a white. He specifically watched a two siblings as Blue eyes white walk in. He decided that they would be the targets. The first one would be the less dangerous seeming one.(Henry)

Diana would have responded when she heard her brothers comments and fell silent, holding her head low, with a few tears dropping to the dockyard ground.
Professor Ducio knelt down and put an arm around her. "My child, do not weep. You must learn to not let harsh words penetrate your heart. No matter who says them." He took out a hankerchief and wiped the tears from her face.
"Its just that their my brothers and they don't think I'm talented or skilled at all."

Alex felt eyes on him and immediately he zoomed up to a balcony near the docks. He saw a Ra Yellow Student there and glared at him. If one could see his soul in his eyes all they would see is a deep dark chasm of chaos, shadows, and darkness. On his right index finger a gold ring glowed slightly.

Oiron glanced over towards Professor Ducio before clench his fist. "What I see in myself..." He muttered before raising his voice, "What I see in myself is the future King of Games!" He exclaimed passionately, "And I'll get there by reaching for the sky, and beating every duelist in my way." The last of his new found adrenaline left as a thought crept into his head. "What am I saying, the best I could do is probably beat a Ra Yellow."

[Decius]

Professor Ducio smiled at him while wiping the tears away from Diana. "And you will Oiron. With hard work and purserverance you can go anywhere, do anything, get past any obstacle. I have a feeling I'll enjoy having you in my Dorm. Here take this card. You'll know when the right time to use it is." The card Ducio handed to Oiron was the Spell Card "Heart of Kings". It's effect revived five monsters from your graveyard level 4 or below and two had to be Tuner monsters.

Alex put his hand on her shoulder. "They don't know what they are talking about. Red isn't so bad. That, and when they screw up people will question there placement. That, and I remember reading somewhere Kaiba's grandson started as a red."

Alex continued to stare down the mysterious Ra Student on the balcony with nothing but cold darkness in his eyes. He was half tempted to use his shadow powers to attack the boy but that would be revealing himself in front of everyone. He decided to stay with glaring.

[Decius]

Professor Ducio nodded. "Indeed I taught Kaiba's grandson Alex. He was a nice boy."

[Galnius]

Professor Ducio nodded. "Indeed I taught Kaiba's grandson Alex. He was a nice boy."

"Wait....YOU taught him? Holy CRAP! How did he duel? Do you still talk to him? Why aren't you in charge of white?"

[Ouearotion]

Oiron happily took the card from Professor Ducio, "I haven't even arrived at the school, and I like you already!" He exclaimed as he examined the card before placing it inside of his deck. "This card will help me reach my goal for sure, Slifer Red will dominate over all dorms!"

[Decius]

Professor Ducio laughed at Alex's enthusiasm. "Yes I taught him. And you may be surprised to hear this but when Mr. Kaiba's grandson arrived here he was probably on the same skill level as you. It took him five years to work his way up to Blue-Eyes White. He chose to go through Slifer Red twice. Yes he still sends letters to me asking how I am doing and asking if it would be entirely alright if he came to the Academy to visit the Slifers. I actually was offered the job to be in charge of BEW multiple times but I chose to stay with SR where the true heart and courage of the Academy is."

[Decius]

Alex had had enough of the boy staring at him and his cousin he walked over to Professor Saytr. "You. Professor Saytr your a Ra Teacher well tell me who that Ra Student up there is." Alex pointed to the boy on the balcony.
Professor Saytr scratched his head. "I believe his name is Marcus but I forget the last name. Never really noticed him before."

[Galnius]

Alex continued to stare down the mysterious Ra Student on the balcony with nothing but cold darkness in his eyes. He was half tempted to use his shadow powers to attack the boy but that would be revealing himself in front of everyone. He decided to stay with glaring.

Marcus simply walked away and left his dormitory to "welcome" the new arrivals. Seeing Proffesor Ducio talking to the reject reds he laughed. "Keep crying little girl. With that kind of group none of you are going anywhere."

[Decius]

It was then that Rosier noticed that someone over on the other side of the docks was laughing at Diana. He would not stand for that. He ran straight at the person whoever they were with rage in his eyes.
"HEY YOU! NO ONE LAUGHS AT MY FAMILY ESPECIALLY MY LITTLE COUSIN!" Rosier activated his Duel Disk as he ran and slid his deck into the slot.

[Decius]

Alex and Henry looked at each other nervous. "Stop him before he does something rash!" They both ran after Rosier with the intent of keeping him from attacking the student who apparently was named Marcus. Neither of them wanted Rosier expelled because of attacking someone before the School Year had even started.

[Galnius]

It was then that Rosier noticed that someone over on the other side of the docks was laughing at Diana. He would not stand for that. He ran straight at the person whoever they were with rage in his eyes.
"HEY YOU! NO ONE LAUGHS AT MY FAMILY ESPECIALLY MY LITTLE COUSIN!" Rosier activated his Duel Disk as he ran and slid his deck into the slot.

Marcus looked at him with mock guilt. "Moi? No, I was giving friendly advice. As for laughing at her, perhaps you should look back there." He pointed to Alex and Richard. "Anyway, I seem to have forgotten my deck upstairs, but I will oblige in anyway else." He cracked his knuckles menacingly.

[Decius]

Rosier stopped and glared at him as Alex and Henry caught up with Richard coming up behind. Richard and Henry held Rosier back but Alex stepped closer to Marcus and his ring began to glow more. His eyes began to go from a deep blue to light blue rimmed by crimson. He was a good few inches taller than Marcus. So as he stepped in front of him he glared at him with those cold dead and soulless eyes.
"You will apologize for laughing at my cousin and threatening my younger brother. Now." One could hear the menace and venom in his voice clear as day.

Rosier stopped and glared at him as Alex and Henry caught up with Richard coming up behind. Richard and Henry held Rosier back but Alex stepped closer to Marcus and his ring began to glow more. His eyes began to go from a deep blue to light blue rimmed by crimson. He was a good few inches taller than Marcus. So as he stepped in front of him he glared at him with those cold dead and soulless eyes.
"You will apologize for laughing at my cousin and threatening my younger brother. Now." One could hear the menace and venom in his voice clear as day.

Fueled by the locket in his pocket he leered back. "Or you'll do what?" Although he was shorter than this one he knew he could beat him in a fight. "Going to hit me? Good luck with that. And you are one to talk, you're the one who made her cry in the first place."
