I can confirm that it is part of a Harpy Deck- I have a hard copy of the card around somewhere.

It can't be. Harpies were released at the beginning of the game. Then effect monsters didn't exist further from ritual monsters. They probably got released when the Harpie Support got out, at the same time.

Well, just choose a decent power or something. Nothing too much nothing too little.

As for the sign, may I suggest Wings of the Crimson Dragon or Heart of the Crimson Dragon? I think those would suit your character well.

I'm good, just updating some war RPs I am on. Today I was going to go out with someone, but it was retconned as she went out of town, so I am at home, pretty much doing nothing relevant apparently lol.
