The United Nations is not proposing an invasion and no longer is the United States either. But the minorities in any nation have rights and do not need to be treated poorly or killed.

Well, Belgium is pushing for an intervention. I might get FN Hersyel to set up a deal with the Hmong...

I meant in the UN thread that they have begun to establish an argument in which nations will take aggressive sides, its an expression first used in the Cold War to describe relations between nations either one side or the other either way I'm trying to prevent it.
